And of course, Jimmy took a night off of his Tonight Show duties to be with his growing family! “Due to unexpected but delightful circumstances, there will not be new episodes tonight or Thursday evening,” the Tonight Show tweeted.
Jimmy and Nancy became parents for the first time in July 2013, just a few months after it was announced he would take over hosting duties for the NBC late night show from Jay Leno.

“This has been the craziest year of my life,” Fallon told People earlier this year. “But being a father is the most exciting, amazing thing that ever happened to me. And everything’s going well on the show. My life has never been this cool.”
But really, what a year it’s been for Jimmy! The show has the best ratings and most viewers than ever before, he penned a children’s book, turned 40 years old and now landed the cover of EW and the 2014 Entertainer of the Year title!
"This is definitely the most exciting year of my life," he said. "The baby and the show are both starting and growing. It's interesting to raise both of them."
