Real Housewives of New York City star Tinsley Mortimer is getting her happy ending! The reality star's boyfriend Scott Kluth popped the question in Chicago on Sunday, November 24, AMI confirmed on Monday, November 25. The Coupon Cabin CEO got down on one knee outside the Chicago Water Tower while Christmas carolers sang in the background.
Tinsley, 44, and Scott have been off and on throughout the years. The pair first called it quits in 2018 but they reunited and tried to work out their differences before splitting for a second time in February 2019. They decided to give their relationship yet another shot after a romantic trip to Toronto in October 2019.
Distance was a frequent issue for the couple, but Tinsley reportedly decided to move to Chicago to be with Scott full-time ahead of the proposal. "She is moving for love. This is a very happy time in her life right now and everyone is rooting for her and Scott. They have addressed all their issues and no longer want to live without each other. She is very, very happy!” a source previously told Us Weekly.
It appears as though Tinsley might have already made the big move, as Scott threw Tinsley a welcome party at TAO Chicago on Sunday. The reality star shared an Instagram video of herself dancing in the club as bottle girls carried a huge sign that read, "Welcome to Chicago Tinz." She also gushed over her beau in the caption. "Best weekend ever! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH SCOTT," she wrote.

During one of her breaks from Scott, Tinsley was briefly linked to TV personality Billy Bush. Tinsley and the former Extra host were spotted on a bowling date with friends on June 1, but she downplayed the romance rumors in a subsequent interview.
It remains to be seen how Tinsley's engagement and reported move will impact her role on RHONY. If she opts to quit the show, it will be the latest shakeup for the franchise. Bethenny Frankel announced she would not be returning in August 2019. Newbie Barbara Kavovit hinted that she's leaving her spot on the hit Bravo show after a fan asked if she would be coming back for another season. "Don't think so love," she wrote on Instagram on Sunday, August 18. Tinsley's pal Leah McSweeney was confirmed as the newest addition to the cast during BravoCon in November.
Ramona Singer has expressed her desire to have Kelly Dodd join RHONY as well. Kelly, who currently stars on Real Housewives of Orange County, got engaged to boyfriend Rick Leventhal on November 13. Rick works as a Fox News correspondent and is based in the Big Apple.
