The couple was first linked in October 2018, which was only weeks after her ex-boyfriend Dennis Shields died of what was reported to be an overdose in August of that year. The pair were reportedly living together by September 2019 and house-hunting before they split in October 2020

"You know, not everything works out. So many people have tried to define my life — our lives — with, 'When are you getting engaged?' 'When are you having a baby?' 'When are you getting married?'" the 50-year-old told Ellen DeGeneres that same month.

"I’ve just realized more in life, with people being more open and honest about their lives and what they want, that everything doesn’t have to sort of end in a blue box and a bow," Frankel added, saying she actually felt "good" after the split.

"We had a great, great relationship and I’m really happy," she said of the 43-year-old. "Not everything has to end badly, some things just don’t continue and it’s not negative, it’s just life." Rumors that the pair had rekindled again were first sparked in January when they were seen holding hands in Miami.

Meanwhile, the reality star is busy preparing for upcoming HBO show, The Big Shot. "She’s looking for a powerhouse to sort of come in and step into her business and make her feel like she could step back a little bit," a source told OK!. "She’s apparently trying to take a little bit of a step back from her company to spend more time with Bryn, her daughter, and be more present." Frankel shares Bryn with her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy.

Page Six was the first to report on Frankel's ring.
