You can’t miss this rock! Bethenny Frankel had all eyes on her when she was spotted wearing a huge diamond ring on her left ring finger on a beach in Florida over the weekend, sparking engagement rumors.
Frankel was seen wearing a printed one-piece swimsuit with tigers on it, sunglasses and a straw hat as she cooled down in the ocean on Saturday, March 20. Also on the beach day was on-and-off-again boyfriend Paul Bernon and her daughter, Bryn Hoppy.
The new ring comes only a month after Frankel and Bernon confirmed that they got back together. The pair previously split last year but the Real Housewives of New York alum shared that they are on again in a Valentine’s Day post. "Behind every woman… (you fill in the blanks here.)," she captioned the pic of Bernon standing behind her.
Bernon also gushed about his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day with a cute selfie of the pair. "Happy Valentine’s Day, 😍. ILY," he captioned the pic. "❤️😍 💋," Frankel commented.
Over the weekend, Frankel shared a photo of herself on Instagram on the beach in a different swimsuit, but the ring was noticeably absent. Neither Frankel nor Bernon have publicly addressed the engagement rumors.
The couple was first linked in October 2018, which was only weeks after her ex-boyfriend Dennis Shields died of what was reported to be an overdose in August of that year. The pair were reportedly living together by September 2019 and house-hunting before they split in October 2020.
"You know, not everything works out. So many people have tried to define my life — our lives — with, 'When are you getting engaged?' 'When are you having a baby?' 'When are you getting married?'" the 50-year-old told Ellen DeGeneres that same month.
"I’ve just realized more in life, with people being more open and honest about their lives and what they want, that everything doesn’t have to sort of end in a blue box and a bow," Frankel added, saying she actually felt "good" after the split.
"We had a great, great relationship and I’m really happy," she said of the 43-year-old. "Not everything has to end badly, some things just don’t continue and it’s not negative, it’s just life." Rumors that the pair had rekindled again were first sparked in January when they were seen holding hands in Miami.
Meanwhile, the reality star is busy preparing for upcoming HBO show, The Big Shot. "She’s looking for a powerhouse to sort of come in and step into her business and make her feel like she could step back a little bit," a source told OK!. "She’s apparently trying to take a little bit of a step back from her company to spend more time with Bryn, her daughter, and be more present." Frankel shares Bryn with her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy.
Page Six was the first to report on Frankel's ring.
