Britney Spears has once again raised eyebrows with her concerning behavior.
The pop star, 44, was caught smoking a cigarette at a gas station, per a Thursday, April 2, report.
When Spears’ driver stopped her Mercedes in front of a gas pump, she rolled down the window to take a puff near a “No Smoking” sign.
When Was Britney Spears Arrested?
Britney Spears was seen being driven around after her DUI arrest.
The musician's DUI arrest came on March 4 after police caught her swerving "in and out of lanes" and "speeding" in Ventura County, Calif., according to a dispatch call.
Since the incident, the star has been spending time with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Last month, she shared an Instagram selfie video with her younger son, paired with a positive message to fans.
"Thank you guys for all your support… spending time with family and friends is such a blessing !!! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Stay kind !!!" she wrote.

Britney Spears was arrested for driving under the influence.
Britney’s manager, Cade Hudson, issued a statement following her shocking arrest.
“This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable,” he said. “Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law, and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life. Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time.”
Cade confirmed her children “are going to be spending time with her” as she recovers.
"[Her] loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well being," he added.

Another insider expressed, “This behavior has been going on for months, but has been worse recently. She has a lot of alone time at home, which leads her to make bad choices like drinking. She’s at home now and Jayden is going to spend time with her to keep her company. Britney’s very upset but doesn’t truly understand the implications yet.”

On March 30, she shared an old clip dancing in a red crop top that revealed her black bra underneath, paired with a black miniskirt, beige trench coat and black gloves.
