Donald Trump's Niece Mary Says Natalie Harp's Constant Presence Signals His 'Decline': 'Makes Him Look Like Such a Pathetic, Frail, Needy Old Man'

Mary Trump publicly criticized the relationship between her uncle Donald Trump and his ubiquitous aide Natalie Harp, insisting that Harp's constant presence is evidence the president isn't in the best shape.

Mary, a psychologist, stated during an interview with former CNN correspondent Jim Acosta that the situation makes him look like a "pathetic, frail, needy old man.”

“I think the Natalie Harp situation is a piece of Donald’s general decline,” 61-year-old Mary said.

“It makes him look like such a pathetic, frail, needy old man that he has to have a woman young enough to be his granddaughter constantly with him, protecting him, making sure that he sees positive press clippings about him, positive articles, most of which are probably fictional,” she added. “It’s a very bad look for him.”

Natalie, 35, earned the nickname "human printer" because she follows the 80-year-old president with a mini printer to supply him with positive news clips instantly and insulate him from negative press.

Mary said that the aide's insistence on feeding the POTUS only positive news is exactly what he desires at this point in his faltering presidency.

“Because he’s in so much trouble and he is really lashing out and is really desperate to change the narrative and his ego is being threatened at every turn, he needs somebody constantly filling his head with compliments and positive messages,” she said. “And she fits the bill, I have to say that.”

Natalie serves as a close executive assistant, earning a taxpayer-funded salary of $150,000. Reports from journalists detail that she exerts tight gatekeeping over his environment and controls direct access to his social media feeds.

Natalie's estranged brother, Preston Harp, has also publicly spoken out on networks like CNN, calling her devotion a "very unhealthy obsession" and labeling Donald a "national embarrassment.”

Mary said that the leaked lovesick letters Natalie wrote to her uncle are a cry for help.

“It’s extreme. It’s over the top. And again, it looks terrible,” Mary said of Natalie's relationship with the elderly president. “Clearly, she’s somebody who needs help, though.”

“What I do care about — besides, again, the fact that it’s just another example of how far gone he is — is that she presents a very real national security threat to the United States of America, all because the president is a flailing, failing old man whose ego is fragile. That’s the most alarming thing about it to me,” Mary declared.

The White House has previously dismissed inner-circle and security concerns regarding the aggressiveness of her attention, releasing a brief statement describing Natalie as "loyal" and hard-working.”
