Dr. Dre — real name Andre Romelle Young — and Young, 51, duked it out in court after their split for 18 months as they traded insults to try and discredit the other.
The duo tied the knot in May 1996 and Young filed for divorce in June 2020. They share two children together, son Truice, 24, and daughter Truly, 20. The "Forgot About Dre" rapper is also dad to four children from previous relationships: Tyra, LaTanya Danielle, Marcel and Curtis Young. His late son Andre Young Jr. died in 2008 at age 20.
Although the 56-year-old music mogul is often dubbed hip-hop's first billionaire, divorce papers filed with L.A. Superior Court on November 18, placed his net worth around $458.2 million, with $182.7 million of that in cash, $6.3 million in stocks, and $269.2 million in property and assets, including intellectual property.
