Ellen DeGeneres gushed about her wife, Portia de Rossi, while celebrating their 18th wedding anniversary.
The former talk show host posted a sweet snap of her and her wife on Instagram over the weekend, saying she feels immensely fortunate to get to spend her life with the former actress.

Ellen DeGeneres called Portia de Rossi her 'favorite person in the entire world.'
The 68-year-old wrote a heartwarming caption in tribute to her wife and their relationship, stating, “Happy anniversary to my favorite person in the entire world.”
“I can't believe how lucky I am that I get to spend the rest of my life with you. What an adventure we are having!!” DeGeneres added.
The photo she included in the post showed the married couple posing outside while sitting on what appeared to be a wooden porch.
The 53-year-old wore a white top and khaki pants that she paired with matching shoes and a matching scarf.
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi appeared all smiles as they posed for their anniversary snap on Instagram.
She completed her look with statement shades and a straw hat.
The Ellen DeGeneres Show host, on the other hand, wore a black-and-white printed half-sleeved shirt and beige pants that she paired with sunglasses and matching shoes.
The couple linked their arms in the photo while the comedian laid her head on her wife’s shoulder.

Ellen DeGeneres Previously Opened Up About Her Marriage to Portia de Rossi
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi got married in 2008.
The couple initially met in 2001 while attending a concert and reconnected about three years later. Although both were in separate relationships at the time, they began dating after their respective former romances ended.
They made their first public appearance as a couple during a Golden Globe Awards afterparty in 2005. The pair tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at their Beverly Hills house in 2008 after announcing their engagement earlier that year.
“It was a big deal for her to be seen with me,” DeGeneres stated at the time, per People.
“The very first time we were photographed together was when I joined her at the Golden Globes after-party. And that's when everyone knew that we were together,” she added.
Ellen DeGeneres said she felt really 'settled' in her marriage to Portia de Rossi.
She also opened up about her marriage to the Arrested Development star in an interview with People in 2016.
“Portia and I constantly say to each other, ‘We are so lucky,’” she said.
“Sometimes it's lying in bed at night before I go to sleep, and I just say thank you to whatever, whoever is out there,” she added.
“I've gotten to a place where I really am just settled. Really. I know that I'm not going anywhere. She's not going anywhere,” she remarked.
