With endless amounts of cash and the best plastic surgeons in the world at their fingertips, Hollywood stars have the ability to enhance their breast size to whatever their heart desires.
While some get implants and love the results, others go bigger and end up wishing they had kept it au naturale.

Iggy Azalea
She doesn't care who knows! In 2015, the Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, openly admitted to having her breasts enhanced. At the time she revealed "I love them so much I had to talk about them!" With such a refreshing revelation from a celebrity on getting work done, the "Fancy" rapper admitted "Everybody did say, 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small I said, 'I know but I'm just going to say it because I'm a blabber mouth!'...I'd feel better not to have some secret. It's much freer to say it and then you don't have to worry someone will dig it up."
Kelly Rowland
Worth the wait! Superstar Kelly Rowland waited nearly 10 years before she made the decision to get implants. In 2013, the former Destiny's Child member spilled that "I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyoncé's mom told me to really think about it first," she said. "I took their advice and waited 10 years. The singer also made sure that she did her research and was 100% sure of her decision prior to the surgery saying "You have to know what you're getting, no matter what type of surgery it is."
Angelina Jolie
Brave and Courageous. In 2013, Angelina Jolie revealed in an op-ed article for the New York Times that she had a preventive mastectomy and a breast reconstruction via breast implants after she learned that she had an extremely high risk of getting breast cancer or ovarian cancer. Reportedly the film siren got teardrop-shaped implants for a more natural look.

Regretting It. In 2011, Kourtney Kardashian admitted that she had gotten breast implants when she was younger but was not so thrilled with them later on. She revealed, "I had my boobs done but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before." The Poosh founder now lives a very natural and holistic lifestyle and even went on to say that she would "consider removing them."
Heidi Montag
Here Today, Gone Tomorrow! In 2010, Heidi Montag went through a complete transformation when she revealed to the world that she had undergone 10 surgical procedures. But in 2013, The Hills star decided to reverse her original boob job and got a breast reduction citing tremendous back pain, a ruptured disc and muscle issues, among other ailments as the cause of not being able to carry the larger set.
Paula Abdul
Making Adjustments. Paula Abdul has has quite the journey with her breast implants. The pop icon first had them done when she was starting her career "20 plus years ago" but she revealed recently that she had her original set taken out due to the fact that the more she was "dancing [with original implants] the harder it was getting on my back," the dancer explained.
"As the years go by, gravity happens too, and I just always felt like [they were] a little too big for my frame, and I wanted to get the old implants out," she continued. Although she has had her original set removed, she plans to get a smaller set put in after she and her surgeon "make sure we can reshape the breasts very well and get the best overall shape and contour to match your frame."

All About Loving Yourself! Country singer Jana Kramer gifted herself a pair of new boobs after her nasty spilt from her ex husband Mike Caussin. The star took to Instagram to show them off writing "This next chapter, this next me is free." "I'm ready to be in love with myself, and that includes my body. I have no idea what tomorrow holds. All I know is I was good enough before, and I’m good enough now." the 37-year-old actress captioned the black and white topless photo.
Jesse James Decker
Treating Herself! Reality star Jesse James Decker announced this month that after giving birth to three children, she decided to take the plunge and gift herself a brand new pair. The star took to Instagram writing "I treated myself... to new boobies!" She later said "After deciding we were done having babies I was finally ready to go big or go home ha! I had breast reduction and lift a couple years ago when they were hanging down to my belly button but with having such elastic skin and not being happy with the size I decided to do it. They were so big and perky before children and I wanted them back ... plus some," the mom-of-three happily stated.
In the end she could not have been more pleased with the work she has had done "I feel great; I’m super happy with them and felt like a brand new woman when I was trying on our new @kittenish swim and loving the way they finally filled out the tops like I wanted."
