Hulk Hogan Leaves Estranged Daughter Brooke Hogan Out of His $5 Million Will

Hulk Hogan left no money to his daughter, Brooke Hogan, following his death.

Hulk’s son, Nick Hogan, filed court documents to be named the co-personal representative of the estate, along with a man named Terry McCoy. The court agreed and signed off on it.

Nick revealed his dad initially executed a will in 2016, but made amendments to it in 2017, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Nick was listed as the sole beneficiary of his estate, while Hulk’s widow, Sky Daily, was noted as a surviving spouse.

According to Nick, Hulk left behind $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, his right to publicity, which is worth $4 million, and an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice suit.

The malpractice suit, which Sky plans to file, is related to Hulk’s death. According to a media outlet, it will focus on the neck operation he underwent in May, as Sky believes his phrenic nerve was hurt during the procedure.

Hulk’s two homes were not listed by Nick, as it is thought they may be owned by a trust or LLC. According to a report, his two homes are worth $11 million.

The fact that nothing went to Brooke should come as no surprise, as she was estranged from Hulk for several years before his death.

When he married Sky, she asked to be removed from his will, as she didn’t trust people around him and didn’t want any financial wars once he passed.

After his passing in July, Brooke took to Instagram to open up on their relationship.

"My dad's blood runs through my veins," she shared. "His eyes shine through my children. And our bond has never broken, not even in his final moments. We had a connection deeper than words, one that spanned lifetimes."

Brooke continued: "I am so grateful that I knew the real version of him. Not just the one the world viewed through a carefully curated lens. We shared a quiet, sacred bond, one that could be seen and felt by anyone who witnessed us together."

She noted she felt like her “spirit left” with Hulk when he “left this Earth.”

"I felt it before the news even reached us," she stated. "He used to remind me, 'All of this is temporary and I’ll always find my way back to you.' I truly believe that — we will find each other in every lifetime."

"I know he’s at peace now, out of pain, and in a place as beautiful as he imagined. He used to speak about this moment with such wonder and hope. Like meeting God was the greatest championship he’d ever have," Brooke added.

She also shared some memories of her dad, including "watching him build my Barbie dream houses, our jet ski rides, laughing till we cried when no one else got the joke, the way he gave me a love and respect for the ocean, the beach, sunsets and the beauty God painted into his life."

Finally, she addressed rumors regarding her estrangement from Hulk — and insisted there was never a "big fight" between them, but rather a "series of private phone calls" and "respectful disagreements" that took an "emotional toll" on her.

"He knows how deeply, how hard and how purely I loved him. I am at peace knowing this. All I ever truly wanted from my father was love, honesty and a deep connection. And for a few special years, I had that — with memories that will last a lifetime," she added.

Hulk Hogan’s cause of death was confirmed to be from a heart attack.
