'This Is Evil': Jamie Lynn Spears Slammed for 'Nasty' Resurfaced Tweet Supporting Britney's Ex Justin Timberlake
Jamie Lynn Spears is under fire yet again.
In a deleted tweet from 2013, the Zoey 101 star, 32, gushed over Justin Timberlake and his music despite the tumultuous end to the singer's relationship with her sister, Britney Spears.
Though the post is a decade old, it has resurfaced in the wake of Britney's upcoming memoir, causing Jamie Lynn to be targeted on social media.
"@jtimberlake Weird hearing your music as an Adult..Ha Not only do I appreciate it. I GET it. #jay #crymeariver #mirror," Jamie Lynn wrote on the social media platform years ago alongside a photo of herself when she was little sitting on the "Summer Love" singer's lap.
In a follow-up tweet that was also scrubbed from the internet, the Sweet Magnolias alum clarified, "I hope you all know that my tweets are only to support my sister @britneyspears – anything left over was to @jtimberlake #sisterlove #4eva."
"Who would tweet this about essentially a diss track about your sister?" one fan recently asked regarding the song Justin penned about Britney allegedly cheating on him, while a second person added, "What a nasty thing to tweet."
"This is so evil?!" a third person added of Jamie Lynn's note to Justin, 42.
Justin has also been in the hot seat as of late, as in Britney's memoir, The Woman in Me, she alleged he influenced her to get an abortion after falling pregnant with his child during their romance, which spanned from 1999 until 2002.

"Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young," Britney wrote in the shocking book.
"I'm sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby. I don't know if that was the right decision. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn't want to be a father," she continued.

As OK! previously reported, the Friends With Benefits actor has been focused on his family — he's married to Jessica Biel, with whom he shares sons Silas, 8, and Phineas, 3 — as Britney's book hits shelves.
"In recent years, Justin has tried to be supportive of Britney from a distance. They dated so long ago, but he still has respect for her," an insider spilled. "Justin and Jessica just want everyone to grow and evolve instead of continuing to bring up the past."
