As OK! reported, Kramer announced the couple was calling it quits after nearly six years of marriage. "I’ve fought y’all. I’ve loved hard. I’ve forgiven. I’ve put the work in. In the divorce documents, the One Tree Hill alum cited "inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery" as the reason for her separation from the handsome hunk.

News of his alleged affair came after the couple faced infidelity issues years prior. One year after the country singer and athlete tied the knot in 2015, allegations of Caussin being unfaithful with several women made headlines. However, Caussin sought treatment for a sex addiction, and the good looking couple renewed their vows in 2017.
