Jenna Bush Hager revealed she loves to attend couples therapy with her husband, Henry Hager.
The 44-year-old gave rare insight into their 18-year marriage on the September 2 episode of TODAY With Jenna and Sheinelle.
She and her co-host, Sheinelle Jones, dove into her relationship while playing a game designed to help couples get to know one another better.

Jenna Bush Hager said she loved to learn more about Henry Hager.
Bush Hager gushed that she hoped to take the game with her on date night and "see what happens" with her husband.
"Do you think there's anything new [your husband] could tell you that you didn't already know?" Jones asked her co-host as they took out the "romantic" card game.
"That's one of the fun things about doing therapy," she told Jones, noting that she certainly felt she still had a lot to learn about her husband of almost two decades. "I'm serious."
'There's Deep-Rooted Child Stuff'

Jenna Bush Hager gets into 'deep-rooted' stuff in therapy.
The anchor revealed that she loved using talk therapy as a resource to dive deeper into learning more about her partner.
"You get to find out why they are the way they are," she added. "And there's deep-rooted child stuff."
Jones encouraged Bush Hager to package up the on-air game and save the spicier questions for her date night, some of which were far too intimate for television.
"Can you give Jenna the questions for Henry, please?" she asked the producers before they answered the more G-rated questions for their audience.

Later in the episode, Bush Hager admitted there could be "a lot" of things she might find annoying if she were in Hager's shoes.
"If I were dating myself, I'd be annoyed with..." she read a prompt from the card game. "A lot. Probably the pitch of my voice."
Fortunately for Bush Hager, her husband seems to disagree.
'Henry Hager Is the Best'

Jenna Bush Hager and Henry Hager got married in 2008.
Bush Hager and Hager have been together since they met in 2004 while he was working on her father George W. Bush's re-election campaign.
They married in 2008 after four years together and have since welcomed three children: Mila, 13, Poppy, 11, and Hal, 7.
"Henry is the best," Jenna told TODAY.com in 2025. "He's introduced me to all sorts of things that I love. He was an Eagle Scout, so we go hiking together, we do all these things. But what's cool is we're both interested in growing."
