Justin Timberlake Didn't Mean To Throw 'Shade' At Ex Britney Spears' Pregnancy News After Snapping At Paparazzi, Spills Source
Justin Timberlake didn't mean to lose his cool when he was asked by a paparazzi about ex Britney Spears' recent pregnancy announcement — he's just over being questioned about her constantly.
OK! reported Timberlake was filmed earlier this week flipping out at a pap who asked for his thoughts on the Princess of Pop's bun in the oven, to which the "Sexy Back" vocalist replied: "Stop! Go away." As he waved off the camera, a seemingly bothered Timberlake proceeded to march into the marble-covered lobby of a luxury building.
After his reaction made headlines, an insider clarified to HollywoodLife that Timberlake, 41, is thrilled for the expectant superstar, 40, but is just "tired" of people asking him about a relationship that ended years ago. (The former flames infamously dated from 1998 to 2002.)

"Justin is absolutely happy for Britney and he knows what an incredible mother she is. It was definitely not his intention to throw any shade at Britney,” maintained the source, who pointed out: "The last thing he wants in his life at this point is anymore drama."
According to the insider, the main reason the musician came across the way he did in the video was because he's constantly "hounded with questions," about his old flame "anytime Britney is in the news" — and Timberlake has had enough.
"Everyone in Hollywood has exes, and even though they were the couple to watch for a long time, he’s just tired of people always associating them together," the source candidly pointed out while doubling down on his claim that Timberlake "didn’t mean to come across as uncaring or angry," in the now-viral video.
At the end of the day, "Justin has children and a wife, and he’s clearly moved on. He wishes everyone else would, too," concluded the source of the A-lister's wife, Jessica Biel, and their shared children: Silas, 7, and Phineas, 2.

Spears announced she was expecting on Monday, April 11, by joking that her fiancé, Sam Asghari, told her she was "food pregnant" when she was in fact carrying the couple's first child together.
While her casual announcement left many confused, Asghari confirmed the lovebirds' joyous news hours later. "Fatherhood is something i have always looked forward to and i don’t take lightly," the handsome hunk shared in his own Instagram post. "It is the most important job i will ever do."
Spears is already a mom to sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline, who sent her the warmest of wishes upon news of her third child, as OK! reported.
Meanwhile, things between Spears and her other ex Timberlake remain unclear given his recent reaction in the video.
The former flames have had their fair share of ups and downs in the press, with Timberlake publicly apologizing to the "Oops!… I Did it Again” singer in February 2021 for how he and the media treated her after their split. The fallout from their breakup was highlighted in the New York Times documentary Framing Britney Spears.
However, in March, Spears appeared to slam Timberlake in a since-deleted Instagram post, claiming the dancer "user" her to sell his music, seemingly referring to when Timberlake infamously portrayed Spears as a cheater in his "Cry Me a River" music video.
