The talk show host has cut the price of her Tennessee home by more than $500,000 as her nasty divorce battle rages on. The property was last listed in February 2020 for $7.5 million, but was axed down to $6.95 million earlier this month.
The 38-year-old American Idol alum purchased the 20,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate back in 2012 for only $2.86 million — so she'll still net a sizable profit at the discounted price.
Last June, Clarkson filed for divorce from Blackstock, 43, after seven years of marriage. Their split took a nasty turn when the singer accused her former management company — which includes Blackstock and his father, Narvel Blackstock — of stealing money from her through fraud and "illegal services."
In November, the “Since You Been Gone” singer was awarded primary custody of her and Blackstock's two children: River Rose, 6, and Remington Alexander, 4.
Now living in Los Angeles, the Ugly Dolls star's days are packed with filming for The Voice, as well as her daytime TV series, The Kelly Clarkson Show, so it's no wonder she's looking to offload her Nashville abode, which is listed by Jack Miller of Parks Realty.
