Kim Kardashian, Kanye West's Employees Reportedly Readying Lawsuit Over Unacceptable Working Conditions, Claims Of 'Child Labor' Violations
As Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are hashing out their divorce in court, the former power couple could be facing legal troubles, with ex-employees reportedly ready to sue over what they deem unacceptable working conditions.
According to The Sun, some employees of the estranged couple are considering lawyering up after West was hit by similar claims from members of his Sunday Service choir recently. Choir staff members alleged the rapper “mistreated workers,” citing low pay, long working hours and unsuitable conditions.
Now an insider is claiming several of Kardashian’s employees are viewing that lawsuit as a blueprint for them to take action.
“Since members of his Sunday Service crew sued, other employees have been considering their options,” the source revealed. “There’s apparently a potential lawsuit in the works against Kim involving multiple employees. They are believed to be domestic workers employed at her home who allegedly may have been misclassified as independent contractors instead of employees.

Things could get even worse for the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star as the source noted that “some” of Kimye’s employees are alleged to be teenagers, which could land the reality star in a lot of trouble if their employment status was abused.
“If a lawsuit is filed, then one issue would be how much control Kim and her staff had over them,” the insider explained. “And if minors were employed and worked more than a maximum limit set by law, then there may be a case of child labor violations.”
As OK! previously reported, Kardashian filed for divorce from the 43-year-old rapper in February after nearly seven years of marriage. The former flames are continuing to prioritize co-parenting their four kids: North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3 and Psalm, 2.
The “Gold Digger” singer has requested joint legal and physical custody of their children and that their shared and separate property (reportedly worth billions) be split.
