Biographer Michael Wolff stated that a close aide told him Melania Trump can't stand husband President Donald Trump,
During an episode of the “Inside Trump’s Head” podcast hosted by Joanna Coles, the author recalled a conversation he had with one of Donald's senior aides. When Michael asked what was truly going on between the couple, the aide looked at him and bluntly replied, "She hates his guts."
Joanna asked, “Is Natalie Harp Marla Maples-ing Melania?” in reference to the POTUS' ubiquitous and "infatuated" 35-year-old aide and his second wife, with whom he had an affair during his first marriage to Ivana.

Michael Wolff wondered if Natalie Harp was trying to replace Melania Trump in the way Marla Maples ousted Ivana Trump.
“Well, the reference there is that Marla Maples came on the scene when Donald Trump was married to Ivana and clearly, by her own sense of presence and publicity, helped push Ivana out of the picture,” Michael said.
Joanna noted that Melania seems apathetic and “doesn’t look like she cares very much” in her rare appearances with her husband, which Michael and other sources allege are carefully orchestrated — and paid for.
She noted the couple’s tense appearance at the IndyCar Grand Prix on Sunday, August 23, saying, “It looked like Melania and Donald were having an argument. At one point, she’s sort of flicking him with her hand, as she does from time to time. And then you see Viktor, her father, looking anxiously in. You can tell there’s trouble in paradise because he’s trying to do the dad thing of, 'Is everything okay?' And nobody was paying him any attention.”
'She Hates Him'

Donald and Melania Trump are 'seldom in each other’s company,' Michael Wolff said.
Michael has consistently maintained that Donald and Melania lead largely separate lives, pointing out that she is rarely seen at the White House or at official campaign events.
“Yeah, and remember, the facts are they don’t really speak. They are seldom in each other’s company,” he said.
The author recalled that there were even doubts that Melania would appear at the 2024 Republican National Convention. When Joanna asked if it was due to security reasons in the wake of the assassination attempt on Donald in Butler, Penn., Michael bluntly said, “She just didn’t want to sit next to her husband. Not because he was going to be shot, but because she hates him.”

According to Michael Wolff, an aide once admitted that the first lady 'hates' her husband.
Pivoting back to the Grand Prix event, Joanna wondered if she was miserable because it was hot out, saying that while she “looked like she hated” the president, the weather was oppressive.
“I spoke to one of his close aides during the campaign and wondered, again, why she had never made one campaign appearance with him,” Michael countered. “When I pressed this person about it, they looked at me like I was a real dummy and said, ‘You mean you want a reason? The reason is that she hates his guts. She hates him.’”

The president's spokesperson dismissed Michael Wolff's story.
A spokesperson for the POTUS' legal team forcefully pushed back against the commentary.
They called Michael a "serial liar" and dismissed his podcast characterizations as malicious, defamatory, and completely false fabrications.
