The actress shared a carousel of snaps from her February adventures, including a fresh-faced mirror selfie where she’s wrapped in nothing but a fluffy white towel. Standing in front of a large window overlooking palm trees and terracotta rooftops, Dobrev smiled softly while holding a couple of skincare products to her chest, giving fans a peek into her laid-back girls’ trip.

Her hair was swept up into a casual bun, and she appeared makeup-free, embracing a natural glow while enjoying the tropical setting. In other clips, Dobrev and her girlfriends got glam together, laughing and jamming to music using a hairbrush and a blow dryer as makeshift microphones.
Friends and fans flooded the comments section with love.

The getaway comes months after Dobrev, 37, and Olympic snowboarder Shaun White, 39, called off their engagement and split in September 2025 after five years together.
"It was a mutual decision, and wasn’t an easy one, but it was made with love and a deep respect for one another," an insider told People.
"She is devastated," another source said. "There was one reason: She wanted a family and wanted to get married — and he didn't."
The former couple first crossed paths in 2012 at an awards show but didn’t reconnect until 2019, when they were both speakers at an event in Florida hosted by motivational speaker Tony Robbins. They began dating later that year and moved in together at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since the breakup, Dobrev has also sparked headlines alongside Zac Efron after the two joined friends on a European yacht getaway just one week after news of her split went public.

“Anything to that Zac Efron thing?” a reporter asked, as Dobrev shook her head no.
“You’re just mates?” the reporter followed up. “Yeah,” she replied.
Looking ahead, the Vampire Diaries alum shared a hopeful outlook about what’s next.
“You know what? I’m excited for the future and the only thing that’s guaranteed is change,” she told the outlet.
