Queen Camilla reportedly offered an “olive branch” to Prince Harry during his recent reunion with members of the royal family.

Queen Camilla reportedly offered Prince Harry tea during his July 10 meeting with members of the royal family.
According to biographer Tom Bower, King Charles' wife approached Harry with a “fixed smile” and “offered him tea” during their private meeting on July 10. Meghan Markle, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet also attended the gathering, marking the children's first reunion with the royal family in four years.
Another source described the encounter as “polite with no recrimination.”
A Quiet Step Toward Reconciliation

The private gathering included Meghan Markle, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, marking the children's first royal-family reunion in four years.
The reported meeting comes as Harry and Meghan prepare for a longer stay in the U.K.
As OK! previously reported, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced on August 19 that they plan to spend an extended period in England. Days later, a source told The Times that they “had been privately discussing returning to the U.K. for a couple of years.”
Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior working royals in January 2020 before relocating to Montecito, Calif., where they planned to build an independent life away from the monarchy.
Now, the couple is reportedly returning to England with their children, who are expected to start school there next month.

While the move could give the Sussexes more time with Harry's family, it reportedly hasn't been welcomed by everyone inside the palace.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are said to feel uneasy about Harry and Meghan's return, particularly after years of tension between the two couples.
A source recently told Closer that Charles believes the ongoing rift has damaged the royal family's image.
"He desperately wants his family to present a united front. He feels William, and even Kate at times, can be stubborn about Harry – and wants them to rethink. But William and Kate have refused to meet with the Sussexes," the source said.
The insider claimed the king now sees the situation differently than he once did.
"For a long time, Harry and Meghan were seen as trouble – but for the king, there’s now a rising sense of anger that William and Kate are standing in the way of any reconciliation and have in fact become the source of his problem," they continued.
The source went even further, claiming Charles now believes the Prince and Princess of Wales “are the problem now.”
Charles Reportedly Wants a Family Meeting

King Charles is reportedly pushing for reconciliation between the Sussexes and Prince William and Kate Middleton.
According to the insider, Charles is hoping to bring everyone together for a private conversation.
The source claimed the monarch is “pushing for a face-to-face meeting at Balmoral [Castle] in an attempt to find a way through the family impasse – and Kate and William are coming under increased pressure to find a way forward.”
Whether that meeting actually happens remains unclear, especially as William and Kate are reportedly still hesitant about reconnecting with the Sussexes.
William and Kate Were Reportedly ‘Blindsided’
The Prince and Princess of Wales were also reportedly caught off guard by Harry and Meghan's announcement about their plans to spend more time in Britain.
According to one source, William wasn't expecting his younger brother and Meghan to make such a move so soon after leaving royal life behind.
“That tells you everything,” a source told Rob Shuter’s Substack page. “If this were really about rebuilding trust with the royal family, the palace would have been given the respect of making the announcement. Instead, Harry and Meghan made the announcement themselves in America.”
“They are still loose cannons. Nobody knows what they are going to do next, and nobody at the palace wants to find out through the American media," another insider claimed about the Sussexes.
