Sarah Jessica Parker Sells Three-Story $15 Million NYC Pad, But Fans Can Get A Glimpse Inside Before It's Gone — Watch

A sexy crib in the city! Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick sold their longtime NYC Townhouse for $15 million after purchasing the West Village property 21 years ago for $3 million.

Parker once offered a glimpse inside her stunning three-story family home during a 2014 Vogue interview. While joking that she would never leave the Big Apple "voluntarily," the mother of three wandered through her abode as she talked about life in the city and her favorite things.

The entranceway of Parker's exquisite home boasts a brightly patterned carpet, dark hardwood floors and crowned molding throughout. 

The family room, with a fireplace, deep green furniture and walls, and colorful throws, highlight her eclectic decorating style. The room is also surrounded by floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinetry that's stacked with books and valuables. 

Parker and Broderick seem to enjoy entertaining, as their bar cart was filled with an assortment of liquors and glasses.

A retro ping-pong table is just steps away in the actors' sitting room, which is filled with walls of artwork. The room also boasts oversized french windows, a piano, fireplace and a cozy couch with matching chairs.

While the lovebirds — who bought the home three years after they wed in 1997 — may be moving out, they have no plans to leave Manhattan anytime soon. 

Parker and the Ferris Bueller's Day Off star purchased their second and third NYC homes in 2016 for a total of $34.5 million. They plan to combine the two properties into a single 13,900-square-foot mansion.

The Hollywood power couple first met in 1991 when Broderick was directing a Broadway play for the company her brother founded. 

"I do remember first meeting her," he previously recalled. "I still remember very clearly seeing her walk down the street toward the movie theater… it's very unique, because I wouldn't remember most people the first time I saw them come down the street. [But] I remember it as clear as day."

And the rest was history. The pair later welcomed son James, 18, and 11-year-old twins Tabitha and Marion.

Besides from falling in love in the concrete jungle, Parker (or should we say, Carrie Bradshaw?) still has some unfinished business in the beloved city.

Her hit HBO series is eyeing a return to the small screen seventeen years after filming the last season of SATC. Though Kim Cattrall would be sitting out, Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon have said they wouldn't rule out embracing their beloved characters once again. Stay tuned!
