Kailyn Lowry flaunted her fit physique on social media after slamming her ex Chris Lopez and ex-hubby Javi Marroquin’s baby mama Lauren Comeau for fat-shaming her.

The Teen Mom 2 star was asked a question by a fan during an Instagram Q&A. “How do you remain positive when people still say ‘your bitter baby mom’?, the user asked.

“At this point we just have to know their perception is their perception,” she began sporting black spandex workout pants and a green crop top. “We can’t change what someone is committed to seeing.”

The 29-year-old brunette beauty's words of wisdom comes shortly after OK! reported she took to social media to slam her ex and Comeau for calling her “fat.”

“Shout out to Chris & Lauren for calling me a fat f**k, fat POS and told me to get running,” the mother-of-four wrote on her Instagram Stories Tuesday, September 21.

Marroquin — who shares son Lincoln, 7, with Lowry and son, Eli, 2, with Comeau — took to social media to seemingly defend his baby mama Comeau. “That s**t that happened months ago is over with. I’m so heated. Time for everybody to grow up. Stop talking about each other.”

“I feel bad for Chris and Lauren at this point. The s**t is over with. There’s so much s**t that everybody did when that mess was going on,” he continued. “We got over it. People moved on. Nobody talks about each other.”

The 28-year-old military man explained he felt the need to stick up for his baby mama because he didn’t want Comeau to be portrayed as “someone that she’s not.”

“I’m tired of my son living in this f**ked up world and this is why I stopped filming and I refuse to go back to this life,” Marroquin concluded.
