Wendy Williams Tells Cynthia Bailey She Should Be Fired From 'RHOA' Amid Departure Rumors
Ouch! Wendy Williams told Cynthia Bailey point blank that she should be fired from the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
The 54-year-old appeared on The Wendy Williams Show on Thursday, June 24, and joked about her time at Bravo being up.
"We're going to light New York on fire!" Williams said. "You're paying, right?" Bailey replied. "Word on the street is I may be out of a job, so I'm going to need you to pay if we're gonna go to dinner."
"It should be you. Let me tell you why, because there’s nothing more exciting that you can give to us," Williams said of the rumors of a RHOA casting change. "I don't want to see you fight. I don't want to see you get divorced. Like, I think that it's time."
"The only thing then is what will you do for a paycheck? But I was thinking, 'This is still a model, just like Christie Brinkley!' You can model," Williams added.
Bailey admitted to have gotten a tummy tuck, a breast augmentation and botox three times a year when asked if she had any work done.
"I love The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Bailey admitted. "This platform has been amazing. I have an amazing relationship with the network. Bravo has been good to me."

"Here's the thing, nobody really wants to be fired," she added. "I mean, my first job was Taco Bell. I wouldn't want to be fired from there. I would want the option to leave if I wanted to go. God's will, not my will, be done. I have had an amazing run. It's been 11 amazing years as a consistent peach-holder."
If someone had to get the boot, there is one person Bailey had in mind. "The person who wants me to be fired all the time, who actually isn't even on the show anymore. Her name rhymes with 'meany,'" she said, which may be a nod to NeNe Leakes who exited to reality show ahead of season 13.
However, Bailey may be able to breathe a sigh of relief. A source told Entertainment Tonight that Bailey "is not sure where these firing rumors came from" and while they "pop up every year," Bailey has lasted 11 seasons on RHOA so far.
While many fans took the absence of the RHOA hashtag from Bailey's Instagram bio as a sign, the source pointed out that it had not been there for some time.
With the Real Housewives mash-up series in the works, the source also felt that it would be "weird" to ax Bailey now.
Bailey will join Real Housewives Mash-up, which will include RHOA costar Kenya Moore, Real Housewives of New York City's Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps, Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga and Real Housewives of Beverly Hill's Kyle Richards.
The new series is slated to hit Peacock later this year.
