Biographer Michael Wolff, who has already given some explosive insights into the United States’ sitting president with four books chronicling his political journey, is co-hosting the “Inside Trump's Head” podcast with The Daily Beast’s Joanna Coles.

In the latest episode of the podcast, the political journalist gave insight into Trump's infamous wig debate, saying, “He always has somebody who’s following him with his hair patch kit.”
“And they are next to the people who carry the nuclear codes,” he quipped.

Michael Wolff said that Donald Trump's carry-on hair patches are stuck with sticky paste.
He elaborated on his remark, saying, “It is only equivocally not a wig.”
“He has what are called patches and they call it the patch kit,” he continued.
“The patch kit is little, you know, small tufts of hair that match whatever color his hair might be at the time,” Woff went on.
“The patches are, you know, they're stuck with some kind of paste,” he explained, before adding, “So they're pretty secure.”

Despite widespread speculation, Donald Trump keeps insisting that he does not wear a wig.
“But also just the fact that if Trump says, ‘It's not a wig,’ which reminded me of, remember, Nixon, saying, ‘I’m not a crook,’ he joked.
As to how the president maintains his hair during his public appearances, the author noted, “He does a lot of it himself, the hair maintenance.”
“But then he has somebody who's following, and there have been a couple of people over…certainly over the political years who've carried the patch kit,” he added.

Michael Wolff alleged that Donald Trump thinks of himself like a 'king.'
Trump's hair has been making headlines for a while, with many people accusing him of wearing a wig, which he has denied publicly.
Wolff pointed out on his Substack account that while he technically “doesn’t wear a wig, but his hair requires an elaborate maintenance operation.”
In fact, his ready-to-go kit is reportedly so efficient that the hair “can be pasted on when needed.”
The podcast host also explained that a lot of Trump's obsession with his hair has to do with the fact that he wants “everything around him to look worthy of Trump.”

He also shared that the president's “obsession with the Qatari plane (the luxury Boeing 747-8 jet he was gifted by the Emir of Qatar) has less to do with security than how it looks.”
“He wants to live in a fortress because he’s the king, fly on a plane he feels is worthy of him, and remake the White House in his image,” he continued.
“Even then, he finds something to complain about, including the gold on the plane being the wrong color,” he wrote.
