Jen Shah is opening up about her time behind bars alongside Ghislaine Maxwell.
In her first post-prison interview published on Wednesday, April 1, the former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star revealed Jeffrey Epstein's famous accomplice "was treated very well" at Texas' Federal Prison Camp Bryan.
Shah, 52, explained that Maxwell, 64, was "afforded things [in prison] that nobody else was afforded, like private workout sessions, special meals, bottled water."
'She is treated very differently there,' the Bravo alum claimed.
Ghislaine Maxwell Would Allegedly Work Out After Hours
Jen Shah was released from prison late last year.
"Everybody witnessed it, and I know that firsthand because I worked in [recreation] so I would have to clean things up," the Bravo alum told People. "I was also asked for certain equipment because she was going to go work out late at night."
Shah — who was released from prison in December 2025 after serving nearly three years in prison for her role in a telemarketing scheme — claimed Maxwell received VIP treatment in other ways, too.
For example, the former madame allegedly "would not have to go through the same process" to schedule legal calls as other inmates.
Ghislaine Maxwell was transferred to low-security FCP Bryan in Texas in August 2025.
Describing the disgraced British socialite's alleged treatment as "concerning," Shah added that Maxwell's "experience there was very different from anyone else's, even Elizabeth Holmes and I."
"She is treated very differently there," she reiterated.
In a statement to People, a spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons denied Shah's allegations, saying the organization "is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, impartiality, and professionalism in the operation of its facilities."

'Staff Are Required to Treat All Inmates Equitably'
Jen Shah's allegations were slammed by the Bureau of Prisons.
"Allegations of misconduct, including any suggestion of preferential treatment, are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated through established internal processes," the message continued.
"Staff are required to treat all inmates equitably, in accordance with law, policy, and institutional security and safety protocols. Any deviation from this standard undermines public trust and the fair administration of justice," the response said. "Violations of this policy are subject to a full range of disciplinary actions, up to and including removal from federal service and potential criminal prosecution."
Ghislaine Maxwell Is Serving 20 Years
Ghislaine Maxwell was detained in July 2020.
Maxwell was relocated to the less restrictive prison from a correctional facility in Florida just days after meeting with the Department of Justice in August 2025.
The late predator's pal was arrested in July 2020 after the FBI located her using an IMSI-catcher ("stingray") mobile phone tracking device.
Maxwell was later convicted in New York in December 2021 for her role in recruiting and grooming underage girls to be abused by Epstein between 1994 and 2004. She is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence.
