Kaia Gerber is clapping back at misogynistic claims about her character stemming from her highly publicized relationships in the past.
The 24-year-old recently sat down with Vogue for an interview, where she addressed the issue and pointed out how unfair it is to judge someone for something they don't have no control over.
Kaia Gerber Clapped Back at 'Serial Dater' Claims
Kaia Gerber claimed that she has faced many misogynistic labels due to her past relationships.
The daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, who have been married since 1998, and younger sister to Presley Gerber, 27, told the outlet, “There are so few things you get to protect as a famous person, and being defined by who you date when you’re 18 is something I find challenging.”
“I think I’ve been labeled in ways that are quite misogynistic: serial dater, s—, greedy,” she added.
However, she found one silver lining in the continuous public scrutiny she faces. That is, growing a thick skin to protect her peace. She has also started viewing her experience as simply part and parcel of life in Hollywood.
Kaia Gerber said she can be herself in her current relationship with Lewis Pullman.
“My mom is always like, Just don’t make the same mistake twice,” she stated, adding, “And I’m pretty good at not."
She is currently dating Lewin Pullman, 33, the son of Hollywood icon Bill Pullman.
Although the couple has made headlines over the last couple of years since they started seeing each other, Kaia has gotten better at keeping her private life out of the spotlight.
“The ultimate goal is that your relationship doesn’t change you, that you’re not code-switching between relationship, friendship, professional life,” she said of her ongoing romance.
“I would love to always feel like me, and in this relationship I’m having the pleasure of doing that,” she added.

Kaia Gerber Said She Used to Lose Herself in Previous Relationships
Kaia Gerber admitted being a 'nepo baby' has benefitted her career.
The star kid has made a name for herself for dating older men over the years, which includes Jacob Elordi, Austin Butler and Pete Davidson. While those relationships may have felt exciting at the time, she admitted that they also came with a downside of being willing to sacrifice a lot herself.
She claimed as much during her appearance on the “Therapuss” podcast in 2025, saying, “I used to be the opposite way where I would completely just change my personality, really, my values for someone.”
“I always dated people that were older than me, and so I was very willing to give up everything,” she revealed.
Another thing growing up in Hollywood has done for the model is give her a perspective on being a nepo baby.

“I’ve only ever been a nepo baby, and I’ve only ever benefited in my career from it,” she admitted to Vogue.
“But I also find myself doing it to other nepo babies, thinking, 'OK, show me why you deserve this job,’” she remarked.
That perspective also shaped the advice she gave her The Shards costar Homer Gere, whose famous father, Richard Gere, was married to Kaia’s supermodel mother from 1991 to 1995.
Although the two met for the first time while filming the series, they quickly became friends.
“I said to him, ‘Homer, unfortunately, with this show, it’s not like you’re just any unknown actor and people will judge you as an unknown actor,’” she stated before adding, “But what that’s done for me is make me want to work harder."
