The 20-season run of E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians is ending, but not without dishing the latest drama. Just see for yourself by watching the show's explosive mid-season trailer.
“My fear of everything stopping is scary to me,” Scott Disick, 37, revealed in the opening of the teaser.
The show has followed the lives of the Kardashian-Jenner clan for the past 14 years, and in the mid-season trailer they pondered what it means for this part of their life to be over.
Also in the trailer, Kourtney Kardashian got real with her baby daddy in regard to their future. “I’m not going to be made to feel guilty when the things that I asked of you haven’t been done,” she told Disick.
“Think about all the times he’s had big change. Has it been positive for him?” Kim Kardashian asked Kourtney. (The Poosh founder and self-proclaimed Lord share three children: Mason, 11, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 6.)

In what could be some bombshell divorce drama with soon-to-be ex-husband Kanye West, Kim got emotional and expressed how she doesn’t want to “feel like a loser.”
Her mother, Kris Jenner, swooped in to comfort her daughter, saying, “I just want you to be happy and joyful,” to which Kim replied: “Yeah, and I’m ready too.”
Meanwhile, Khloé Kardashian has been open about her struggles with fertility, and the trailer sees her document her journey with baby daddy Tristan Thompson. Khloé and the NBA player share 3-year-old daughter True Thompson.
“I’m starting to worry if surrogacy is going to work for me and my family,” The Good American founder stated. “Your sister has done it before so it's not foreign to us,” Tristan reasoned in reference to Kim, who has undergone the process of surrogacy with her last two children Chicago, 3, and Psalm, who will turn 2 on May 9.
Kris chimed in, saying, "There is nothing that I would love more than to see you grow old with the dad of your children." (Given the recent drama involving Sydney Chase, we're not so sure that will happen.)
As for supermodel Kendall Jenner, she admitted, “I just don’t know my life without it,” in regard to the show. The teary-eyed momager stated, “To all of our fans who have been loyal, thank you.”
New episodes of the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians air Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on E!. The series finale will air Thursday, June 10, at 8 p.m. ET.
