COUPLESIs Lil Wayne Engaged? Rapper Shares Cryptic Message Saying 'Today Is The Beginning Of Our Forever'
Lil Wayne is causing an "Uproar" after hinting that he and girlfriend Denise Bidot tied the knot.
"Happiest man alive! Today is the beginning of our forever," he tweeted on Tuesday, April 20. "Forever?? Forever, ever?? FOREVER EVER!!!!! The Carters."
The rapper, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., has yet to confirm the news. However, the lovebirds appeared to be on and off in recent months since making their relationship Instagram official in June.
In early January, fans believed the two called it quits after the model shared a vague message to social media. "Pretty disappointing when you defend someone throughout everything and they turn out being just as sh**ty as everyone said they were," Bidot wrote, according to The Blast. At the time, the two unfollowed each other and the brunette beauty deactivated all of her social media accounts.
Prior to their rumored split earlier this year, gossip blogger Love B. Scott reported the "A Milli" rapper and his girlfriend had called it quits after Wayne endorsed then-president Donald Trump ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
On November 4 of last year, Wayne, 38, wrote via Twitter: "I live the way I love and love the way I live. I'm a lover, not a lighter bekuz they burn out."
"I am an eternal fire and burning love, either leave with a tan, a 3rd degree burn, or stay and die in love," he concluded. "You're sweating. Sincerely, the fireman."

And while Bidot is fairly private on social media, she previously praised her man with a heartwarming message for his birthday last September, calling him a "dream come true."
"Happy Birthday to the man who managed to steal my heart during a pandemic. These past 5 months have been filled with more love, passion and laughter than I ever thought possible," she captioned the sweet selfie of the two in a private jet. "You’re my best friend, my lover, and way more than a dream come true."
"Here’s to celebrating you today and every day baby!! I LOVE YOU 🖤🥳🎂," she added.
Wayne first featured Bidot on his Instagram in August, posting a smiling selfie of her with the caption: "Stop sleepin on love."
One week later, he gushed over his girlfriend once more, captioning another selfie of Bidot: "...like the one I got!"
Wayne was previously married to high school sweetheart Toya Jackson, whom he split from in 2006 after almost two years of marriage. He shares daughter Reginae with his ex-wife and shares three sons from other separate partners.
