Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have returned to the United Kingdom.
However, sources told Rob Shutter's Naughty, But Nice that staffing their private household, as Meghan is in search of her Hollywood lifestyle, has quickly become a "headache."
The couple returned to the prince's home country after six years of living in California amid their estrangement from the rest of the royal family. The bombshell announcement came after a successful visit with Prince Charles and Queen Camilla in July.

Meghan Markle is allegedly used to a fast-paced lifestyle.
Some have alleged that Meghan's American style is not jiving well with the slow-paced English life.
“Meghan runs things like a California CEO — emails at dawn, instant answers and everything treated like an emergency,” a source explained. “That might impress people in Hollywood. In a traditional British household, it can send excellent staff running for the door."
While Meghan and Harry did not give an explicit reason for their return abroad, it was noted that their young children Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, would begin attending school in the U.K. come autumn.
'She Learned Nothing'

Meghan Markle has reportedly learned 'nothing' from her last stint in the United Kingdom.
As the children assimilate to British life, the source claimed that Meghan refuses to do so and expects the same of her staff.
Some have even claimed that the former actress ran into the same issues when she first married into the royal family in 2018.
"That’s what is so extraordinary — she learned nothing from last time," the source alleged. “She had major staff problems before leaving Britain, yet she’s returned expecting Britain to change rather than changing how she operates."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and not expected to resume their royal duties.
This time around, Meghan and Harry are not expected to resume their royal duties, instead living as private citizens near cancer-ridden Charles and the rest of the royal family.
The Duchess intends to continue to run her lifestyle brand, As Ever, and rumor has it she may even return to acting. But unfortunately for Meghan, it seems that the country's top staffers "don't need" to help her manage her busy life.
“Britain’s best people don’t need Meghan Markle,” the insider concluded. “They have options, they compare notes and they remember reputations. Meghan may be discovering that being a duchess gets you applicants — it doesn’t guarantee anyone wants the job."
'People Remember How They Were Treated'

Meghan Markle was previously criticized for her interview style.
Some have alleged that she has forced her candidates to sit silently while she reads over their resumes in past interviews, though she has denied claims of her "rude" screening style.
“When Meghan was previously living in the U.K., the way she interviewed household staff was extremely rude,” one source previously alleged to Page Six. “Applicants would come in to interview for housekeeping or maid positions and were basically forbidden from speaking to her."
"People remember how they were treated," the source noted. "And there are a lot of people who simply would not want to put themselves in that position and work for her now."
