Paris Hilton Insists Son Phoenix, 9 Months, 'Is Perfectly Healthy' After Trolls Comment on His Head Size: 'He Just Has a Large Brain'

Paris Hilton is in mama bear mode!

The other day, the reality star uploaded a rare photo of herself with son Phoenix, 9 months, as she introduced him to NYC for the first time, but she was taken aback when social media users made remarks about the tot's appearance.

The blonde beauty, 42, was disappointed by the comments — some of which were diagnosing the little one with medical conditions — prompting her to speak out about the adorable photo, which showed the Burberry-clad tot smiling while sitting on his mom's lap.

"🥺😢There are some sick people in this world.☹️," she stated in response. "My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain."

Meanwhile, plenty of Hilton's supporters raised their voices in the comments section to shame those who had anything negative to say.

"She was so kind to share a precious photo of her son with us," one woman said. "I don't understand why people have to make fun of him or make comments about the way she is holding him."

"I am so ashamed that there are so many adults here bullying not alone Paris but her son who is a baby," commented a second fan. "Remember if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all ❤️❤️❤️❤️."

The socialite welcomed her first little one with husband Carter Reum, 42, in January via a surrogate.

"It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," she announced at the time. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."

The Simple Life alum chose surrogacy because she was "scared" of giving birth.

One thing she wasn't afraid of was becoming a mother.

"He is so precious and sweet. When I look at my baby photos, he looks so similar to me. We both have the same lips and the same smile," Hilton gushed to Vogue of her baby boy.

Going forward, the fashion icon sees herself and Reum having at least one more child — and she already has a name picked out!

"I’m just excited to one day have a little girl named London, and she’ll have her big brother Phoenix to look after her," shared the star. "I’ve been planning this for a long time. I just had to find the right partner to do it with. It’s so hard to trust people, and I’m so grateful to have found my husband."
