'It Breaks My Heart': RHOC's Braunwyn Windham-Burke Admits She's Never Been 'Physically Attracted' To Her Husband Sean

Ouch! When Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her husband, Sean, were questioned about their unconventional marriage during The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion on Wednesday night, Braunwyn shockingly admitted that she’s never been attracted to men — not even her own husband.

It started with Braunwyn saying that she was always attracted to women “but it didn’t correlate with what I wanted,” referencing a home, children and what she perceived as the “perfect life” growing up. 

Then the Bravo star dropped the bombshell that she’s “never been attracted to men physically.” Reunion host Andy Cohen followed up, asking her, “You’ve never been attracted to Sean physically?”

After a long pause, the 43-year-old, who came out as a lesbian in December, said: “No. And it breaks my heart to say that.” Cohen then turned to Sean, and said, “I would imagine it breaks your heart to hear.”

“Yeah. It absolutely does,” Sean responded. “I mean, when I think things are passionate or different, it involves drinking, going out at that time in our relationship. Of course we have an emotional connection, we’re best friends, and we enjoy each other that way, but that was a part of our relationship that was really hard and really challenging.” Sean added that “it was a relief” to him when his wife came out because he felt like he always knew. 

As OK! previously reported, Braunwyn is unsure if she wants to return for another season of RHOC, due to the behavior of her costars. She admitted she doesn’t want to “be attacked all year again,” noting that “it was stressful.”

“It’s not healthy,” the reality star said, adding that it’s also “not fun” to be ganged up against by her costars as she navigates life after coming out as a lesbian late last year. Gina Kirschenheiter confronted Braunwyn in the season 15 finale — where she asked the blonde beauty if she still loved her husband after she came out as gay.

“I love him,” she replied. “We made a commitment that we’re going to fight for our marriage and that was the commitment we made and that’s what we are currently doing.” Braunwyn and Sean tied the knot in 2000 and share seven children together: Bella, Rowan, Jacob, Koa, Hazel and twins Caden and Curren.
