Travis Kelce Calls His and Taylor Swift's 'Crazy' Wedding the 'Best Night of My Life': 'It Was Full of Celebration'

Travis Kelce called his July 3 wedding to Taylor Swift the "best night" of his life.

The 36-year-old faced the press while training for the upcoming NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs on Wednesday, August 12, and reporters couldn't help but ask about the Madison Square Garden nuptials.

Kelce gushed about his last few months after the team fell just short of the playoffs in December 2025.

"It was a fun offseason, man," he proclaimed. "Wedding was the best night of my life."

The wedding was rumored to have a star-studded guest list of an estimated 1,000 people packed into the iconic New York City venue. Among them were some of Kelce's teammates, including Patrick Mahomes, Creed Humphrey, Chris Jones and George Karlaftis.

Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid and his wife were also in attendance on the special day.

"I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us," the football star added. "It was a crazy night; it was full of a lot of celebration."

Kelce returned to the field several weeks after the wedding, prepared to kickstart his 14th training camp with the Chiefs on July 29. Fans alleged he had put on a bit of weight in the offseason, but his coach swiftly came to his defense.

"Well, he came back in good shape," Reid said. "I know everybody's out there saying he's got the dad body and all this stuff, but he looks the same to me that he's always looked, and just playing like crazy."

“So he's doing a nice job with everything," he added. "He's focused in and ready to go, and I appreciate that, when you have somebody who's been here 14 years and wants to be out there every snap... he's going to play and play hard and be aggressive and not be stopped, and that's contagious."

Since the wedding, several guests have come out with words of praise for the couple's "magical" festivities.

Jason Kelce, who served as his younger brother's best man, recently admitted to crying profusely while watching his brother wed his new bride as his four young daughters served as flower girls.

"I probably cried more than I did at my own wedding," he told Sportsradio 94 WIP on July 28. "Which probably is not acceptable. [Wife] Kylie is probably not happy about that."

After the ceremony, Jason described a "giant party" as everyone celebrated the couple's highly anticipated big day.

The wedding was said to have several full-service open bars, numerous cakes and a buffer dinner. According to Jason, there was no "waiting around" at their celebration, echoing his brother's description.

"No, foot on the gas, we're rolling," he spilled. “It was so much fun.”
