Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had their hands full as they stepped out with three of their four kids in New York City on Sunday, September 29. The couple took son Saint and daughters Chicago and North to lunch at Cipriani after the rapper hosted his weekly Sunday Services in Queens.
Kim, 38, kept it casual in khaki cargo pants, a white tank and sneakers, while Kanye looked stylish in a denim jacket, sweatpants and sunglasses. North donned a fashionable zebra skirt while Saint rocked camo pants. The family is in the Big Apple to keep Kanye company as he promotes his upcoming album Jesus Is King.
The time away from Calabasas might be just what Kim needed. The KKW Beauty founder is allegedly still feuding with sister Kourtney, 40, and things are so bad that they "can’t be in the same room together.”
"Kourtney has hated Kim for a couple of years now. She thinks she’s vapid and mean, and Kourtney has much better things to do with her time than kiss up to Kim. Kim, meanwhile, thinks Kourt should kiss up to her given she would be a nobody without her. Their egos have clashed big time and when the cameras aren’t on, they don’t speak. There are hints of their feud of course but the reality is they genuinely can’t stand each other," a source dished to RadarOnline.com.

Kim has so much on her plate that it's unlikely she's sitting around and dwelling over her sibling drama. On top of raising four young children, Kim is also studying to become a lawyer and running her successful business empire. Her SKIMS shapewear launch brought in a whopping $2 million within minutes but she's been getting some backlash for promoting a dangerous waist trainer.
The brunette beauty has also been dealing with some health issues lately. She has been battling psoriasis and recently thought she had lupus after suffering from painful joints.
Kim has been laying low and enjoying family time at their new $14 million ranch in Wyoming. "We love Wyoming, it's always been such an amazing place. My husband did just buy a ranch there, and his dream and his vision is to move there. I love LA, so I envision summers, I envision some weekends ... but yeah, we love it. It’s like, the prettiest place you’ve seen in your entire life. Even my sisters, everyone, we’ve had this dream of getting a ranch and just spending our summers there and getting away," she said during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
