President Donald Trump bluntly informed his beleaguered Attorney General Pam Bondi that her 14-month tenure was up with just four words, according to reports.

Details of the conversation emerged from reports by The Wall Street Journal and The Daily Beast, revealing that the exchange took place in the back of the presidential limousine, "The Beast," while traveling to the Supreme Court on Wednesday, April 1.

“I think it’s time,” the 79-year-old POTUS, a convicted felon, reportedly told Bondi, 60.

Trump reportedly waited to deliver the message during a one-on-one ride to the Supreme Court, a setting usually reserved for close advisors, effectively turning the moment into what observers called a "humiliation ritual.”

Despite the blunt message, Bondi reportedly asked if she could remain in her role until the summer, a request Trump allegedly denied.

Trump’s frustrations reportedly stemmed from Bondi’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files and a perceived lack of progress in prosecuting his political rivals, such as former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Immediately following her ouster, Trump named Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, his former personal lawyer, as the acting attorney general.

Despite being fired after a 14-month tenure, Bondi released a statement on X and other social media platforms, describing her time at the Department of Justice as "the honor of a lifetime" and "the most consequential first year" in the agency's history.

She stated she is "thrilled" to be moving to a new, yet-to-be-announced private-sector role following her dismissal.

Pam Bondi spoke out on X after the firing.

“Over the next month, I will be working tirelessly to transition the office of Attorney General to the amazing Todd Blanche before moving to an important private sector role I am thrilled about, and where I will continue fighting for President Trump and this Administration,” she wrote on X.

The political guru, who recently moved into military housing due to alleged threats, registered as a foreign agent for the government of Qatar in July 2019 while working for Ballard Partners. She reportedly earned $115,000 per month and focused on lobbying Congress regarding Qatari interests, including human trafficking issues.

Pam Bondi got criticism over her handling of the Epstein files.

House Oversight Committee ranking member Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) said Bondi’s firing does not let her off the hook for her involvement with the Epstein files and her forthcoming April 14 deposition over her mismanagement of them.

She “will not escape accountability and remains legally obligated to appear before our Committee under oath,” Garcia said Thursday. “She must answer for her mishandling of the Epstein files and the special treatment she has given Ghislaine Maxwell.”

Bondi's interim replacement, Blanche, is best known for moving Maxwell to a minimum security "Club Fed" prison after his two-day interview with her.
