After years of appearing on left-leaning cable news networks bashing his former boss, Michael Cohen has publicly reconciled with President Donald Trump and confirmed he is actively seeking a presidential pardon.

The remarkable shift comes after years of intense public animosity following Cohen's testimony against Trump in his 2024 New York criminal trial, in which the president was convicted on 34 felonies.

Cohen was sentenced to three years in federal prison in December 2018 for a series of crimes, several of which he testified were committed at the direction of Trump.

Michael Cohen has officially resubmitted his presidential pardon application.

During his sentencing hearing, Cohen explicitly blamed his legal downfall on a "blind loyalty to Donald Trump" that led him to cover up his boss' "dirty deeds.”

Trump recently appeared as a guest on Cohen’s radio show for an amicable interview, showcasing a stark departure from their previous feud.

Cohen teased the interview with clips from a CNN appearance, including one in which Trump praised his former fixer for recanting his previous hostile statements, calling it "a big thing that you did.”

The fixer said he felt 'coerced' into testifying against the president.

“Boss, you remember when I was by your side? I literally used to analyze the polls,” Cohen gushed to the POTUS.

Cohen recently stated in a Substack post that he felt "pressured and coerced" by New York prosecutors to testify against Trump to satisfy the government's case.

Cohen defended the sudden turnaround to Forbes by stating that "forgiveness doesn't require amnesia" and noting their 15-year history together.

Cohen confirmed to CNN that he has officially resubmitted his presidential pardon application directly to the White House.

George Conway said Michael Cohen and Donald Trump are both narcissists.

The 59-year-old, who served as Trump’s attorney from 2006 until 2018, stated he plans to contact the Justice Department to ensure his pardon paperwork is being actively processed.

The public pivot follows private meetings between the two men at Trump’s New Jersey golf club and Mar-a-Lago.

Critics and commentators, including Lincoln Project co-founder George Conway, have characterized Cohen's sudden shift as an attempt to play both sides and regain Trump's favor specifically to clear his record.

George Conway told Anderson Cooper that he feels 'sorry' for Michael Cohen.

Conway blasted the kiss-and-make-up sesh as "this incredible narcissistic lovefest" while speaking with Anderson Cooper on CNN,

"He absolutely wants a pardon. He wants something from Trump. Cohen knows how to play Trump. Trump is one of the most easily manipulable people in the world because of his extreme narcissism, and here we have it. I mean, Cohen knows how to do that,” the former Republican said.

"I feel sorry for Michael, all right? I mean, they're both narcissists, he and Trump... Michael... is just trying to play Trump right now. I mean, he's trying to play everybody; he wants to be loved. Michael needs to be loved,” he continued.

Commenting on Trump's statement that he respected Cohen for recanting his previous testimony, Conway noted: "Cohen hasn't recanted anything... So, it's just comical, really.”
