Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Mathers, pleaded not guilty to assaulting a police officer during an alleged suicide attempt.

Mathers, 51, was arrested after police found her in the basement of her Michigan home when they were called to her house on July 11, officials reported.

Dispatch audio of the police response referred to the event as an "attempted suicide" and noted that the victim was "unconscious" upon arrival, but soon became aggressive.

"The suicidal female locked herself in a room in the basement and is refusing to come out," the audio said.

Another officer was heard saying the responders may need additional assistance or to break down the door to reach Mathers.

Police reports referred to the woman as "irate and combative" when first responders arrived. She allegedly screamed, "Get the f--- out of my house," when they tried to assist her.

According to records reviewed by the U.S. Sun, police tried to handcuff Mathers, but she resisted and allegedly sank her teeth into the arresting officer's arm.

Eminem's ex-wife was allegedly tased after 'combative' behavior.

The mom-of-four allegedly kicked another officer in the shin as he attempted to escort her from the basement after she was tased to subdue her "combative" behavior.

She was reportedly bleeding from the arm during the police response. According to TMZ, she was loaded into an ambulance and appeared conscious before receiving medical care.

The officer whom she allegedly bit was taken to the hospital after coming in contact with her blood.

Kim Mathers has run into legal trouble in the past with multiple DUI arrests.

After her arrest, Mathers was charged with felony counts of assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer and assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer, causing injury

The charges carry a combined fine of up to $7,000 and a potential prison sentence of six years. She pleaded not guilty to all charges and has already paid a $10,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on September 3.

Mathers has run into legal trouble in the past. She was arrested on February 16 for an alleged DUI and again on May 14 for reportedly colliding with a parked vehicle.

Mathers and Eminem were married twice, from 1999 to 2001, and again in 2006, when they split the same year.

After their final separation, Mathers vocally disparaged her ex in the press. In one interview with WKQI-FM, she claimed she "vomits in [her] mouth" when she is around her ex-husband, prompting the "Lose Yourself" singer to release a statement.

"It's a shame that I've moved on and Kim hasn't," he said. "Her ongoing press campaign is doing nothing but harm to the children, and for that, I feel truly sorry. For their sake, I wish she would stop."

Despite their tumultuous relationship, the rapper shares three children with his first wife: Alaina, 33, Hailie, 30, and Stevie, 24.
