Supermodel Montana Yao filed for divorce from NBA star Malik Beasley in December 2020, shortly after photos of him holding hands with Larsa Pippen at an airport in Miami surfaced online.
After filing for divorce, Yao claimed on Instagram that Beasley told her “to leave” their family home. Now, the former Miss Malibu Teen USA has put her estranged ex on blast, detailing what happened the night he allegedly tossed her and their son, Makai, out of the house.

Yao claims that the athlete kicked her and Makai out “at 4am with nowhere to go and nothing but 2 suitcases,” she wrote on her Instagram Story, according to reports. She added that this happened after allegedly “asking me to be a stay at home mom and wife for the past 3 years of our relationship.”
The 22-year-old model alleges that she and her son had to bounce around “hotels and Airbnb’s” and “even moving states” until her parents intervened to help her and their grandson out. Yao also claims that Beasley’s parents have not attempted to contact her or their grandson since the split.
Yao slammed her ex for pretending to be a proud father on social media to Makai, when in reality she claims he requested a “paternity test in private,” to make sure he was the father. Yao also claimed she has full custody of Makai following Beasley’s trouble with the law last year — Beasley pleaded guilty to threats of violence from an incident that happened in September, where he allegedly pointed an assault rifle at a couple and their 13-year-old daughter when they pulled up to his rental home in Plymouth, Minn., during a Parade of Homes tour.
As OK! previously reported, Yao immediately filed for divorce after Beasley was caught cozying up to Real Housewives of Miami alum Pippen. Yao and Beasley got married in March 2020 after welcoming their son, Makai, one year prior.

Pippen has continuously denied she cheated with Beasley, claiming he was single when they met. The reality TV star and the basketball player haven’t been hiding their chemistry as their relationship continues to raise eyebrows. The pair have exchanged flirty messages on social media and were snapped partying together at Beasley’s 24th birthday celebration late last year.
Last month, OK! reported that Larsa defended her relationship with Beasley, insisting that his marriage to Yao wasn’t an “ideal situation,” and that she and the Minnesota Timberwolves star talked about his marital status before they began dating.
“We had spoken about it. It wasn’t a secret,” Pippen said on the “Hollywood Unlocked” podcast. “I know a lot of people that are married and exiting. I’ve played that part. So for me, if you’re not being shady and you’re telling me all your stuff, I’m going to believe you.”

Larsa added: “A lot of people are not happy in their situation and they don’t want to jump ship until they see someone they like,” noting that she did her research on Beasley’s relationship status. “I Googled them when I first met him… they weren’t together. They had issues before. It had nothing to do with me, so I wasn’t thinking about it.”
Larsa was previously married to NBA legend Scottie Pippen from 1997 until they split for the first time in 2016. The estranged pair briefly reconciled but called it quits again in 2018 when Scottie filed for divorce. They share four children: Scotty Jr., 20, Preston, 19, Justin, 16, and Sophia, 13.
