Tristan Thompson Sends Cease And Desist Over Sydney Chase Cheating Claims As Khloé Kardashian Ditches Massive Diamond Ring
It may be too late for Tristan Thompson to bury the recent cheating allegations made against him, as Khloé Kardashian already ditched her massive diamond ring — which was believed to have been given to her by her baby daddy!
The NBA star reportedly took legal action against the podcast, on which Instagram model Sydney Chase claimed she hooked up with the NBA player while he was still in a relationship with the KUWTK star.
Adam John "Adam22" Grandmaison, the host of the "No Jumper" podcast, confirmed on Tuesday, May 4, that he erased the initial video after receiving a cease and desist from Thompson’s attorney, Marty Singer.
“Yeah we got a cease and desist and deleted it,” Grandmaison told Page Six, who also received confirmation from Singer that he sent the legal document. “Honestly, I wouldn’t have posted it in the first place if I knew it was going to mess up a relationship."
"No Jumper" has re-uploaded the interview with Chase and her friends — who call themselves The Blackout Girls — but edited out the portion where Chase made the shocking claims.
“I try to avoid the ‘exposing’ style interviews these days," the podcast host added.
Singer also reportedly sent a cease and desist to Chase — she has yet to publicly respond to the legal action.
A source close to Thompson said the situation is a he-said, she-said kind of ordeal, adding that the 23-year-old is using the recent scandal to cash in on 15 minutes of fame.
After the bombshell interview, recorded April 8 and posted April 22, went viral, Chase allegedly pitched a reality series, featuring Blac Chyna, to the Zeus Network. She has also allegedly been sharing screenshots of her increasing social media following in order to secure more paid sponsorships.
While Chase is allegedly busy exploiting her time in the spotlight, Thompson is most likely busy doing damage control, as OK! learned Kardashian was "blindsided" by the cheating claims.

Despite Chase warning Thompson about the interview before it went public, he "did not tell Khloé" because he didn't seem to think it would get out," an insider previously dished. The Good American co-founder "has no idea what she's going to do now," the source continued. "She's still deciding which side of the story to believe."
And from the looks of it, Kardashian is choosing to believe the cheating claims, as she was seen without her enormous pear-shaped diamond, flanked by healthy side stones, which she normally wears on that finger.
She was first seen rocking the stunning accessory back in December, which sparked chatter that the couple — who reconciled over the summer and were thinking about welcoming baby No. 2 together — was planning to walk down the aisle. Those plans are most likely put on hold at the moment.
Last month, Chase claimed she hooked up with Thompson multiple times because he allegedly told her he was single. However, after she found out the Boston Celtics player was actually off the market, Chase "cut it off" immediately, she claimed during the "No Jumper" interview.
Days after making the claims, Chase doubled down on her allegations via TikTok, adding that the 30-year-old reached out to her twice since finding out about the interview — with the most recent time being three weeks ago, one day after daughter True's birthday party.
And while Kardashian has yet to publicly acknowledge her on-again-off-again boyfriend's potential infidelity, she allegedly reached out to Chase over Instagram DMs to discuss the situation. In the message, the mother-of-one asked Chase for their conversation to remain private — which it obviously didn't, since Chase posted a screenshot of the notification from Kardashian to Instagram before quickly deleting it.
Despite keeping her thoughts on the matter on the down-low, Kardashian shared a cryptic quote to her Instagram Story after the interview aired. “People who don’t hesitate to share a kind word or do a good deed to brighten someone else’s day are the best kind of people,” read the quote by Sonia Sabnis.
However, it's doubtful the complicated couple will call off their relationship for good, since Kardashian took Thompson back twice after he cheated on her in the past — the first time being days before Kardashian gave birth to the couple's child in 2018. One year later, it was revealed he kissed Kylie Jenner's ex BFFL, Jordyn Woods, at a party.
