Sky's The Limit! Lala Kent Reveals The Sex Of Her Baby In The Most Epic Way
Now this is how you make an announcement!
On Saturday, September 19, Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent and her fiancé, Randall Emmett, held an over-the-top event with family and friends to announce the sex of their baby. For the epic moment, the couple had a skydiver drop down in front of the group, opening the parachute to reveal the color pink.
"We are having a baby GIRL!” Kent wrote in the caption alongside a video of the stunt on social media.
The dad-to-be also shared the clip of the reveal on his own Instagram, along with a photo of himself and his 30-year-old love: “Magical moment, it’s a girl!!"
The couple was joined at the the outdoor gathering by several past and present VPR costars, and Kent wasn't the only one with a bun in the oven.
Stassi Schroeder — who was fired from the Bravo series this year — revealed in June that she will welcome a baby girl in January 2021 with fiancé Beau Clark. Both of them were on hand to celebrate with the proud parents as well as Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright, who are also expecting their first child together. The couple, who got married in Kentucky in June 2019, announced the exciting news two days after the party via Instagram.
Kristen Doute, Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney were also in attendance.
The Give Them Lala Beauty founder first revealed she and the 49-year-old were expecting during the September 2 episode of her podcast, “Give Them Lala… With Randall."
“Today is my 30th birthday, and I can’t think of any other way to celebrate than with you guys coming through your headphones and speakers,” Kent said. “And for my 30th birthday, I had the best gift given to me, my body also helped out too … I am pregnant."

Kent — who has been engaged to the film producer since 2018 — admitted that she is "so excited" about this new journey she's about to embark on. "I feel very maternal and motherly,” she said. “I’m like shaking right now, because I can’t believe it’s a real-life thing. I'm really emotional."
Of course, the reality star noted that her hormones have been out of wack recently. “I cry about everything. I look at the refrigerator and it could be empty or full and I’m, like, is it happy or sad, I don’t know," she explained.
LALA KENT & RANDALL EMMETT SPILL THE TEA ON HOW THEY COPARENT WITH HIS EX-WIFE AMBYR CHILDERS
It was only last month that Emmett, who shares two daughters, London and Rylee, with ex Ambyr Childers, announced that they were trying to have a baby together after they postponed their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"We are on the Flo app," he told Us Weekly. "We are on the apps. Lala, whatever day it is, she comes in, she says, ‘Give me a baby!’ and then I hop right to it.”
In July, Kent and Emmett's relationship made headlines after she deleted Emmett’s pictures from her Instagram. However, she was quick to squash such rumors and insisted the two are very much together.
“Dear God, it is I who has made my life a mess. I have done it, but I cannot undo it. My mistakes are mine & I will begin a searching & fearless moral inventory. I will write down my wrongs but I will also include that which is good. I pray for the strength to complete the task,” Kent shared on her Instagram Story.
She later posted a photo of the couple kissing, writing, “Y’all we didn’t break up. I’m petty — so when he pisses me off his photos go to the archive … then I re-add them.”
“I mean, I have this dude’s name tattooed on my arm," she added. "He’s stuck with me."
