Who Gets What? Christina Haack & Ant Anstead Divide Up Assets Including Five Homes, Nine Cars Following Divorce
According to legal docs, the division of property among the ex-couple shows the Flip or Flop star maintains ownership of four California properties and one in Tennessee. She also got to keep a Range Rover, a Bentley and her wedding ring.
Anstead walked away with 100 percent ownership of his businesses — including a media production company — and a whopping seven cars: a Range Rover, Land Rover, 2019 Lotus Type 62, Alfa Romeo Tipo, 1958 Porsche, Ford Mustang and a Comet.
The records show that neither has to pay for child nor spousal support either.
As OK! previously reported, the HGTV star filed for divorce from her husband on Tuesday, November 3, just less than two months after the blonde beauty announced they were going their separate ways.
The former flames tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their son, Hudson, in September 2019. Haack was previously married to her Flip or Flop costar, Tarek El Moussa, whom she shares Taylor and Brayden with, while Anstead, 41, has two kids from his previous marriage — Amelie and Archie.
Since the divorce news, the exes have both moved on to new relationships. Haack recently headed to Mexico to celebrate her 39th birthday with new boyfriend Joshua Hall. A source revealed, "They've been dating for the last few months."
"I met Josh when I wasn’t in a state of fear or fight-or-flight … I had taken time off social, hired a spiritual coach and smoked a Bufo toad," she wrote in a lengthy statement shared on Instagram on Thursday, July 9, noting the hallucinogenic experience "reset my brain and kicked out years of anxiety in 15 mins."
"When we met this past spring, the synchronicities hit us so hard and fast they were impossible to ignore. I felt immediately crazy protective over him and wanted to keep him for myself and get to know each other before the tornado (media attention) hit," the Flip or Flop star continued. "We’ve had a few solid months of just us getting to know each other and I’ve loved every second of it."
According to an online bio for the realty firm that he works at, her hunky new man currently lives in Austin, Texas, where he moved in 2017, and is also a former police officer.
Meanwhile, the 42-year-old Brit has gotten hot and heavy with actress Renée Zellweger. The two met when the Judy star appeared on an episode of Anstead's new Discovery+ show Celebrity IOU Joyride.
The unexpected couple has been spotted locking lips while on the way to the local Home Depot and running errands near Anstead's luxury oceanfront beach home in Laguna Beach, Calif.
"Ant’s sweeping Renée off her feet," dished OK!'s insider. "She’ll find sweet notes from him, and they make her feel so appreciated."
