"Nothing like being in the same place at the same time #Family," the former Today host wrote alongside photos and videos she shared on Instagram.
Kotb wore a navy-and-white striped bikini as she relaxed by the shore.

Hoda Kotb said her daughters enjoyed collecting sand crabs, swimming and eating ice cream during beach trips.
The 61-year-old previously shared why her family loves spending time by the ocean.
"The beach is our happy place," she said during an August 2022 interview with People.
She explained that her daughters enjoyed simple moments, adding, "They're into bubbles and swimming. They're into sand crabs and snails. They scoop them up and put them in buckets. They're into ice cream, sprinkles —all the summer things."

Hoda Kotb reflected on motherhood.
Kotb has often spoken about how motherhood changed her life after adopting Joy and Catherine.
"Family to me is everything — and having one of my own is something I never thought I'd have," she revealed.
She also opened up about how her idea of family changed over the years.
"I always imagined family as my mom, my dad, my brother, my sister," she said.
Kotb added, "I envisioned it that way until I was 50. Imagine someone saying, 'Hey, guess what? You're actually going to have a whole other family.' It still surprises me! It delights me to know that I have Haley and Hope."

Hoda Kotb and Joel Schiffman continued to co-parent their daughters after ending their engagement in 2022.
Kotb and Schiffman ended their engagement in January 2022 but continued to focus on co-parenting their daughters.
While discussing their parenting arrangement, Kotb revealed, "He’ll have a Saturday, and I’ll do the Sunday. We switch each week."
She also spoke positively about Schiffman's relationship with their daughters.
"He’ll take the girls and do some fun things, and I’ll take some quiet time. It’s a healthy mix, and the kids love it. He’s a great dad," she said.
