Inside Kelly Osbourne and Baby Daddy Sid Wilson's Relationship After Ending Their Engagement

Kelly Osbourne and her baby daddy, Sid Wilson, are over after a decades-long love story.

After the former couple called off their engagement in March, a source told People it was "no secret" that Osbourne was "not happy" with Wilson.

"They've had a lot of back and forth," the insider shared on August 6. "They're not together right now."

According to the source, the "One Word" singer's priority is her mother, Sharon Osbourne, while she also "very focused" on being the "best mom she can be" to her and Sid's son, Sidney.

Kelly and Sid first met on the Ozzfest tour in 1999, when Slipknot was performing at the music festival founded by Ozzy Osbourne and his wife.

More than two decades after they first met, Kelly hinted at a blossoming romance by sharing sweet photos in honor of Sid's birthday in January 2022. At the time, a source said the two had "remained friends" after their first meeting and were "very happy together."

Kelly and Sid dropped more hints about their relationship in the following weeks before confirming their romance on Valentine's Day 2022.

"After 23 years of friendship, I can't believe where we have ended up!" she captioned a photo of the then-couple kissing. "You are my best friend, my soulmate and I am so deeply in love with you Sidney George Wilson. 💜."

Sid also penned a heartfelt message for Kelly, commenting under the post, "There are not enough colors to display the palette of Love I have for you in my Heart 💜 Happy Valentines Day my Love XoXo."

Kelly announced she was expecting her first child with Sid in an Instagram post in May 2022.

"I know that I have been very quiet these past few months so I thought I would share with you all as to why… I am over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma," she wrote alongside an ultrasound photo. "To say that I am happy does not quite cut it. I am ecstatic! 🤰💜."

During an appearance on The Talk in January 2023, Sharon confirmed Kelly and Sid had welcomed their first child together.

"[His name is] Sidney. [They're] doing so great," she said. "She won't let a picture go out of him."

Following Sharon's announcement, Kelly took to her Instagram Stories to explain she was not ready to share her son with the public and wanted to keep details about her baby private.

Nearly two years after expanding their family, Kelly expressed she wanted "more babies" after "finding [her] guy."

"We don't need the certificate. But I know Sid really wants to get married, so we will get married. It's not as important to me. I've worn so many beautiful dresses and had so many moments that have been just about me, so that whole idea of a big day isn't as important to me," she shared in the October 2024 cover story for Us Weekly.

They took their relationship to the next level when Sid proposed to Kelly while backstage at Ozzy's final Black Sabbath concert in July 2025.

Eight months after they got engaged, multiple news outlets confirmed the pair had called it quits.

One insider told the Daily Mail the breakup came as the TV personality was going through an "incredibly difficult" time grieving her rocker father.

"Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement," the insider shared. "Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father. The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she's been doing everything she can to cope."

The source spilled, "In truth, she and Sid have been facing challenges in their relationship for some time, and things were not as they appeared."

Kelly and Sid reportedly tried to make their relationship work. However, they ultimately realized that separating was the best path forward for the sake of their child.

The source continued, "Kelly has endured a great deal over the past year. Despite everything, she remains sober and is now focusing on herself and her role as a mother moving ahead."

In a statement shared on Instagram, Slipknot announced the band had parted ways with Sid.

"Effective immediately, Slipknot will no longer be associated with Sid Wilson," the band said. "We wish him the best in his future endeavors."

The "Shut Up" songstress unleashed a blistering public attack on Sid days after the firing, writing in a since-deleted Instagram Story, "Wake the f--- up and take some responsibility I will not take your s--- anymore! I'm done. I want to be happy and I have a beautiful son to raise. Leave me alone. Let me heal. I can't protect you from yourself anymore."

Kelly added in another post, "Also while I'm at it can I have my dogs back and all my possessions. Oh yeah and maybe some child support?"
