And the drama continues.

Tristan Thompson's legal team is calling out the NBA player's alleged side chick, Sydney Chase, after she claimed she hooked up with the athlete while he was with Khloé Kardashian and has dirty texts from him to prove it.

Thompson's attorney, Marty Singer, reportedly sent a legal threat to Chase, telling her to show these so-called text messages or keep quiet.

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Singer claimed the Instagram model is refusing to prove the existence of these messages, which can only lead to one "inescapable conclusion ... that they do not exist."

As OK! previously reported, Thompson's legal team previously sent Chase a cease and desist after she made the cheating allegations on the "No Jumper" podcast last month. In the letter, Singer claimed the two never had a relationship nor did Thompson ever send her texts.

“It is obvious that you are a liar," Singer insisted, before stating that if she does not stop “defaming” Thompson in public, "you do so at your peril since you may find yourself in court attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct."

And while she initially took to social media to deny she ever received the threat, Chase confirmed one day later that she finally got the letter, as it was "first sent to an email I no longer use," she explained via her Instagram Story.

Now, Thompson's legal team is saying she keeps "changing the purported 'facts' to fit [her] story," the outlet reported. His team is also accusing Chase of making fake claims in order to get her 15 minutes of fame

If Singer's accusations are true, then Chase's plan is working, as the 23-year-old is reportedly set to make an appearance on Friday, May 7, at Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club in Las Vegas. OK! also learned that Chase already reached out to Zeus Network to pitch a reality series, featuring Blac Chyna

Chase first made headlines after she claimed to have hooked up with Thompson, 30, multiple times — he allegedly told her he was single — on Adam22's "No Jumper " podcast (which Singer also sent a cease-and-desist to). However, when Chase learned he was still with baby mama Kardashian, 36, she apparently "cut it off" immediately.

The on-again-off-again couple reconciled over the summer, and according to Chase, she and Thompson began their relationship last November.

Days after making the shocking claims, Chase doubled down on their alleged affair via TikTok. She also claimed Thompson reached out to her twice since finding out about the interview, which Chase said she told the father-of-two about before it aired on April 22.

And the allegations didn't stop there. In a pre-recorded Instagram video — which was apparently taped the same day as the podcast interview on April 8 — Chase said she received salacious texts from Thompson.

"Tristan literally said, 'Yes baby I like that. I want to see what they look like. I'm curious. You got me excited to come back,'" Chase told her friends during the video, not realizing they were recording at the time

"Oh yeah, this is on Live. I’m about to f**k myself in the ass," she said, as she continued to air out her own dirty laundry. "Oh well, it’s fine. Might as well, at this point, it’s life. I ain’t sign nothing, you did what you did that’s on you. Tristan banged me. I did not bang him."

She went on to allege that Thompson told her she looks like his first baby mama, Jordan Craig, with whom he shares 4-year-old son Prince — before stating Thompson told her that Kardashian wasn't his type.

Meanwhile, as the scandalous drama between Thompson and Chase heats up, Kardashian seems to be trying to get to the bottom of what's really going on.

OK! previously reported that the Good American co-founder was "blindsided" by Chase's claims, since Thompson apparently decided not to tell her about the interview, despite Chase's warning. According to an insider, Kardashian ended up finding out about her boyfriend's latest scandal "with the rest of the world when the media began posting it."

“[Kardashian] has no idea what she's going to do now," the source added. "She's still deciding which side of the story to believe."

Kardashian seemed to go right to the source of the drama, which ended up backfiring on her. The KUWTK reality star allegedly reached out to Chase via Instagram DM, asking to chat and have their conversation "remain confidential."

However, Chase posted a screenshot to Instagram of the notification from Kardashian. While she quickly removed the snap from social media, The Shade Room caught the post.

If Chase's claims are true, this would be the third time Thompson cheated on Kardashian publicly. He famously cheated on the mother-of-one in 2018, just days before she was due to give birth to their daughter. One year later, it was revealed he kissed Kylie Jenner's ex BFFL, Jordyn Woods, at a party.
