While appearing on the “Behind The Velvet Rope with David Yontef” podcast, the blonde beauty recalled when she first met Maxwell and claimed she was lured to Epstein's private hotel room under the false premise of doing modeling work for Victoria's Secret.

Before sharing her encounter with the convicted sex offender and embattled British socialite — who is now facing federal charges that include enticing and conspiracy to entice a minor to travel in order to engage in illegal sex act for Epstein and others — King candidly admitted: "I was very lucky to get away."

According to King, Maxwell approached her at a "party at this very beautiful place called Sian Park," when she was around 20 years old. The 59-year-old allegedly asked King if she was a model, to which she replied, "Yes, because at the time I was modeling."

Epstein's pal told King, according to the reality star, that she would like her come for a casting for a Victoria Secret's campaign; however, Maxwell was actually recruiting King for a threesome, claimed King.

After Maxwell handed King her card, she advised the then young and aspiring model to go to Claridge's Hotel in London the following night at 8 p.m. for the casting. "Ask for Jeff, Mr. Jeffrey Epstein. And they will send you up," King recalled of Maxwell's alleged instructions.

While King was walking to Epstein's corridor, she recalled that there were two women who "fell out laughing, and they sort of ran off down the other corridor." King remembered having doubts about her meeting after seeing the girls, confessing: "So already then I knew that this was something, something not right. And obviously that became very, very apparent afterwards."

King noted that she was "almost a hundred percent" sure one of the women leaving Epstein's corridor was Maxwell, the former associate of Epstein.

Regardless of her skeptical thoughts on the meeting, King proceeded to sit down with Epstein. "He let me in and he sat me on the sofa. It was very dark in there, and the light was very dim," King recalled. "I gave him my portfolio."

After looking at her photos, Epstein instructed King to stand up and take her top off, according to King. "Okay, so it's BS casting," she recalled thinking in that moment. Epstein — who was arrested in July 2019 — then allegedly told King to push her breasts together, which she did, noting that "it was very, very brief."

Epstein just stared at her half-naked body, King claimed, as she told podcast host Yontef that the whole situation was "very uncomfortable" and "didn't feel right."

Luckily, King was able to escape, using her plans for dinner as an excuse to leave. "I literally said, 'I'm going to dinner.' And I kind of got out of that," she explained.

However, King's encounters with them weren't over. Two days after King was alone with Epstein in his hotel room, she attended a birthday party for a pal and ran into Maxwell once more.

"I am sitting there in between my friends, and Ghislaine walks in, and she sits next to the host, and she took one look at me, and she was absolutely mortified," King stated, alleging that Maxwell "couldn't believe" they ran in the same social circle. "Once she saw me there, she couldn't look at me. She was literally mortified."

After bumping into each other again, King allegedly told her friends that Maxwell was the one who sent her "along to the VS casting the other night," leading her friends to respond: "Adela, are you crazy? She sent you along to cast you for a threesome."

King was completely taken off guard, adding that she never heard from the pair again until ten years later when Epstein was arrested on charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking. Maxwell was arrested by FBI last July, nearly one year after the convicted sex offender was found dead in his prison cell from a reported suicide, for her role in allegedly grooming and recruiting minors.

King admitted she was "very fortunate" that nothing happened to her but feels "incredibly sorry for what's happened to everybody else."

OK! reported that Maxwell has been charged with six federal crimes, including sex trafficking and perjury. According to the indictment, between 1994 and 1997, she allegedly “assisted, facilitated, and contributed" to the abuse of minor girls, knowing that one of three unnamed victims was 14 years old.

On March 29, 2021, prosecutors — led by United States District Attorney Audrey Strauss — added new charges of sex trafficking a minor and sex trafficking conspiracy, alleging that she took part in grooming a 14-year-old girl to engage in sexual acts with Epstein from 2001-2004 in his Palm Beach estate in Florida.

Maxwell — who was denied bail and is currently being held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. — pleaded not guilty to all charges. Her trial is set for Monday, July 12.
