Jen Shah Is 'Deeply Remorseful' for Defrauding Innocent People

Jen Shah was released from federal custody late last year.
The Bravo alum made the admission to People nearly four months after she was released from Texas' Federal Prison Camp Bryan in December 2025.
Shah spent two years, nine months and 23 days in jail after being convicted for her role in a telemarketing scheme that defrauded vulnerable and often elderly people across the country.
Elsewhere in the interview, the defamed reality TV star claimed she was "deeply remorseful" for her part in the criminal operation, which went on from 2012 to 2021.

Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested in July 2020.
Maxwell was relocated to the less restrictive prison from a correctional facility in Florida just days after meeting with the Department of Justice in August 2025.
Epstein's pal was arrested in July 2020 after the FBI located her using an IMSI-catcher ("stingray") mobile phone tracking device.
She was found hiding out at a remote estate in Bradford, N.H., that was listed at $2.5 million last year.

Ghislaine Maxwell recruited and groomed girls for the late financier.
Maxwell was later convicted in New York in December 2021 for her role in recruiting and grooming underage girls to be abused by Epstein between 1994 and 2004. She is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence.
As OK! previously reported, Maxwell alleged in a petition to overturn her conviction that 29 associates of the late financier were protected through "secret settlements" by the Department of Justice.
The petition filed in December 2025 argued that prosecutors went after her while cutting deals with other friends of Epstein, and asserted that she was prosecuted for political reasons.
Pam Bondi Hopes Ghislaine Maxwell Dies Behind Bars

Pam Bondi expressed disdain for Ghislaine Maxwell during a hearing recently.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said in February that Maxwell will "hopefully die in prison" while answering questions regarding the government's handling of the Epstein files in a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee on February 11.
Her scathing remark came after a democratic lawmaker asked her about the possibility of Donald Trump granting Maxwell clemency.
