Is Jason Sudeikis Single? 'Ted Lasso' Actor's Relationship Status Revealed

Jason Sudeikis' romantic life has come with its fair share of highs and lows.

The Ted Lasso actor first found love with writer and director Kay Cannon, whom he married in 2004. The pair separated in 2008 and finalized their divorce in 2010, and Sudeikis later dated several other women, including January Jones and Olivia Wilde.

Sudeikis and Wilde eventually became engaged and welcomed two children together, but their longtime relationship came to an end in 2020.

Years after his split from Wilde, here's everything to know about Sudeikis' relationship status.

Sudeikis is currently single, but he remains open to the possibility of having more children in the future.

"I would if, yeah, if I fell in love," he shared on the June 2 episode of the "Friends Keep Secrets" podcast.

He also confirmed he is not in a relationship and that his single life has its "ups and downs."

"I like being in relation to people," Sudeikis explained. "I'm not at a point in my life where, you know, where it feels good or fulfilling to date numerous people all at once. Yeah, that feels daunting and overwhelming, especially with being a parent."

The Saturday Night Live shares two children with Wilde: son Otis Alexander and daughter Daisy Josephine, with Wilde. The exes continue to co-parent following a tense public custody dispute after their 2020 breakup.

"I'm a very present mom even when I'm not able to be consistently present," the House actress shared on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast on June 17. "I'm a coparent. I share custody, and I am really grateful for the opportunity to have this space when I am completely with my kids, completely engaged with them and they are the focus."

Wilde added, "It's an interesting thing, like, once you are sharing custody with someone. It shifts the way you think about parenting."

During an appearance on the August 5 episode of TODAY With Jenna and Sheinelle, Sudeikis answered questions for the game "Risk It For the Biscuit," including his biggest relationship ick.

"What would it be… hm, I guess, need not be romantic," he said, adding, "I think it's not communicating well… Letting communication only happen through texting and emojis."

Hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Willie Geist, who was sitting in for Sheinelle Jones, appeared to agree with Sudeikis as he opened up about what he considers a red flag in relationships.

"You've got to have the hard conversations face-to-face as often as possible," he continued.

Following Sudeikis and Wilde's 2020 breakup, the exes became embroiled in a contentious custody dispute, which made headlines after the Don't Worry Darling director was served with legal papers onstage at CinemaCon in April 2022.

Wilde later asked the court to dismiss Sudeikis' custody petition and criticized the way she was served, claiming he embarrassed her "professionally" and that the public delivery of the legal documents was "aggressive."

Wilde and Sudeikis settled their custody case in September 2023, agreeing to share joint custody of their children on what was described as a "week-on, week-off basis."

After Wilde, Sudeikis was linked to his Ted Lasso castmate Keeley Hazell. The two reportedly began dating in February 2021 and split in May 2022.
