Halloween is almost here! Which means it’s time to break out spooky, scary, and creative costumes. Celebrities have already gotten started with their fun disguises. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice dressed as a powerful queen. Meanwhile, Halsey and her boyfriend Evan Peters made their red-carpet debut as a couple dressed up as another famous pair of lovers.
