Dorinda Medley may have announced her departure from The Real Housewives of New York, but for her last reunion appearance, she's not holding back when it comes to attacking her co-stars.

A preview for the upcoming three-part reunion shows the 55-year-old duking it out with Ramona Singer, accusing her of having botched plastic surgery.

'Go with your loser friends, they're a PSA statement for a bad facelift, like yours,' Dorinda snapped at the 63-year-old.

In another clip, Dorinda seems to deflect accusations that she drinks too much, saying, "Ramona is out every single night drinking."

Ramona then responds with, 'I drink water, why do you think I'm thin?'

But Dorinda dropped another bomb on her former friend, saying: 'You're not that thin,' causing Ramona to fume.

Dorinda wasn't the only cast member coming for Ramona in the reunion teaser. Newcomer Leah McSweeney took grievance with the Ageless Beauty founder's selfish behavior during the coronavirus pandemic.

'People are dying,' the 39-year-old says, to which Ramona responds saying "people don't wear masks."

The in-person reunion was also attended by cast members Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, and Tinsley Mortimer, who quit the show quit the show half way through the  current season so that she could be with her fiancé, Scott Kluth, in Chicago.

While the RHONY cast certainly brought the drama this season, the future of the Bravo series may look entirely different.

In addition to Dorinda being fired, after six seasons, OK! has learned. But she isn’t the only lady on the chopping block — both Ramona and Luann are doing everything they can to remain on the reality show.

“The show has gotten too old and stale. What was once fun is now a bunch of rich old white ladies complaining about their lives that most people would kill for. Overall ratings for the series has been steady but numbers in the younger advertiser demo are not good and only getting worse. Ramona is the oldest at 63 years old and is fighting for her life on the show,” sources tell OK!.

“Meanwhile, Luann looks like a baby at 55 years old compared to Ramona, but it is feared her storyline has come to a natural end and it is time to replace her with new blood too," the insider adds.

“Luann was demoted from a full-time cast member to being a ‘friend’ on the show once before. After that humiliation, she’s not as scared as Ramona. Outside the show, Luann has her cabaret shows and a life. If she gets fired again, she will be OK," the source reveals. "It is Ramona everyone is worried about. This show has become Ramona’s entire life, she would be lost without the show and they paycheck. Being on TV is her identity.”

However, a source close to production told OK! "that this was a mutual decision between Dorinda and production."

Part one of the RHONY season 12 reunion airs Thursday, September 10 on Bravo at 9 p.m. ET.
