Confrontation: Khloé Kardashian Reportedly Reaches Out To Tristan Thompson's Alleged Mistress Sydney Chase
It seems Khloé Kardashian is trying to get to the bottom of Tristan Thompson's latest scandal after Instagram model Sydney Chase accused the NBA player of being unfaithful to the KUWTK star months prior.
Over the weekend, Chase allegedly posted a screenshot to Instagram of a notification from Kardashian direct messaging her on the social media platform.
"Hey Sydney, this is Khloé. I would appreciate it if our conversation can remain confidential," the alleged message read, according to The Shade Room, who caught the post before it was deleted.
Kardashian — who reconciled with Thompson over the summer — has yet to publicly address the alleged interaction with Chase (or the cheating rumors, for that matter).
The most recent cheating accusation against Thompson comes after Chase appeared on Adam22's "No Jumper" podcast last month. The interview was apparently recorded on April 8 and posted April 22.
While drinking with her friends — who call themselves The Blackout Girls — during the interview, Chase dropped the bombshell claim that she had an affair with Thompson. The 23-year-old insisted she only began her supposed relationship with Thompson, 30, after he told her he was no longer with baby mama Kardashian.
We “talked … hung out multiple times … went out together, everything," the brunette beauty claimed. However, when Chase found out the Boston Celtics player "was not single," she apparently "cut it off" immediately.
Chase also went so far as to describe her intimate experience with the athlete, telling her pals (and everyone listening to the explosive podcast) that Thompson had a "peek-a-boo d**k but baby it was good."
Days after making the shocking allegations, Chase took to TikTok to clarify her recent remarks, adding that Thompson reached out to her twice since finding out about the interview — one time being as recent as three weeks ago, one day after daughter True's birthday.

In the clip, posted April 26, Chase said their alleged affair actually began last November (she initially said things started in January) and apologized for sharing personal information about Thompson's body.
OK! learned that, despite Chase warning the NBA player about the interview before it went public, Thompson "did not tell Khloé" about the situation because he didn't think he would actually get caught, according to a source.
"Tristan contacted Sydney about two weeks ago to try to do damage control and kept it from Khloé because he didn't seem to think it would get out," the insider previously dished.
And according to the source, the mother-of-one, 36, didn't see her on-again-off-again boyfriend's recent scandal coming. (Thompson famously cheated on Kardashian in 2018, just days before the reality star was due to give birth to their daughter. One year later, it was revealed he kissed Kylie Jenner's ex BFFL, Jordyn Woods, at a party).
"She was blindsided," the source alleged. “She has no idea what she's going to do now. She's still deciding which side of the story to believe."
To make matters worse, Chase also shared alleged messages sent to her from Thompson, with him saying Kardashian wasn't his type.
During an Instagram Live that was recorded on the same day as the Adam22 interview, Chase claimed Thompson asked her to send him private photos before stating: “Apparently Khloé is not his type, but I’m his type.”
She claimed Thompson told her she looks like his first baby mama, Jordan Craig, with whom he shares 4-year-old son Prince, adding that "there's no way" Kardashian didn't know what was going on between her and Thompson.
