On Wednesday, Mitch and Janet Winehouse attended an inquest into the death of their daughter, Amy Winehouse, at the Coroner's Court in Paddington, London.

It was there that coroner Suzanne Greenway reached a verdict of "death by misadventure," stating that Amy had died from a lethal level of alcohol in her blood.

The late singer reportedly had over five times the legal driving limit of alcohol in her system when she passed away in her London home on July 23.

No traces of pills or illegal substances were found in Amy's system and the pathologist reported all organs appeared normal.

Unfortunately, after a period abstaining from alcohol, Amy had began drinking again that very week, leading to her fatal case of alcohol poisoning.
