It's not easy to choose the top 10 gowns that make the best red carpet looks of 2011 list, but these dresses blew us away! From the Emmys to the Oscars, the ladies of Hollywood stepped out looking glamorous in some incredible gowns, and OK! is ready to share our top picks.

The women of television don't get as many opportunities to step out on the red carpet, so they pull out all the stops when they do, including The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev, who wowed in a tight red Donna Karan gown at the 2011 Emmy Awards. Not to mention House star Olivia Wilde, who took everyone's breath away when she walked the red carpet of the Golden Globe Awards in an embellished Marchesa gown.

Some of our other favorite looks were spotted at the Golden Globes, including Angelina Jolie's green Atelier Versace gown and Anne Hathaway's backless dress by Giorgio Armani Privé.

At the Academy Awards, Halle Berry stunned in a Marchesa gown, while country's "it" girl Taylor Swift glammed up the red carpet in Elie Saab at the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Three of our other favorite dresses were worn at movie premieres! Kristen Stewart looked incredible at the Los Angeles premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 in a J. Mendel column gown. Blake Lively showed off her legs in a sheer Chanel Couture gown at the Green Lantern premiere in Los Angeles. And how could we forget Zoe Saldana, who wore an incredible Armani Privé dress at The Tree Of Life premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
